Our prayers go up like steam from the ammonia pits
And it rises until it meets you in heaven
And you hear it and send it down in rain
From the galactic mirrors of sky
And we know that you hear us
But sometimes your voice is silent
But we still praise you
And we still lift up our prayers to you
But now, today, these are urgent times
We must hear your voice
To know that you are there to keep us safe
And I run to the hill where the ammonia pits lie
And I watch the steam go up
And hope for the return
