Colony 2

Colony 2 is now small, less than 5 humans and less than 5 aliens. It is located on a spaceship. The humans and aliens work together. The goal of the colony is to create public broadcasts for Earth to tell the Earth about the aliens and their agenda. All colonists are specialists in television and broadcasting. The colony exists since mid-Aug and so far their work has not been successful. The humans and the aliens can not agree on how to make the broadcasts and there is clearly a clash of creative personalities.

Nonetheless it is very important to have the job done. The broadcasts have to be prerecorded and the future of Earth depends on how well they are done and how much work is done on them.

One of the questions was what dress should be worn by the grey-looking Yahyel. Typically they don’t wear any dress. Since greys and Yahyel don’t have sexual organs, this is accepted across the galaxy. The Yahyel were advised to wear something resembling spacesuits, so they complied.  In fact, when Yahyel meet with humans they do wear spacesuits but their spacesuits are invisible. So it is not a deception that Yahyel wear space suits when appearing on video, they just make a part of their space suit below the waste visible. I was said silver color styled after one of our movies that they liked. I suggested that Yahyel should wear either business suits with turtlenecks or white overhead hoodies with business suits, but they only laughed at my suggestion. We will see. I will think they will look great in turtlenecks and business suits.

The colony produced 7 hours of prerecorded broadcasts, which were sent to alien allies for the feedback. Only Pleiadians answered. Their answer was that only 27 percent of the material was excellent. This is very disappointing. Much more effort and soul has to be put in the creation of the broadcasts. There needed hundreds of hours of well thought and well shot video material. When time comes, the humanity will be hungry for knowledge and these broadcasts will be indispensible. Creating educational materials about the aliens for human public is a very important task and it has to be accomplished ASAP.

  1. I think that its silly for now to be disagreeing over clothing, what do the humans want them to wear? why not just show a bit of the chest for now and move on?I really don’t see a problem with a space suit? There is a fine line between having them do things so we feel comfortable and catering to our fears.I don’t think suits are a good idea because in many humans the connotations of suits stirs up corporate, politicians etc. In fact i think that a space suit for now might be a good idea at the moment there are no negative connotations attached to spacesuits ,simply exploration.
In terms of how much of it was approved ,I think is interesting that only the Pleiadians answered.I don’t think that the amount of hours that were approved is important ,except for those that spend all those hours working on it.(thank for your hard work).Apart from the introductory videos, I wouldn’t spend too many hours on the videos .Who are catering these videos for? is it for the general populations? We don’t know how most are going to react and depending on that it might determine the material contained with in the videos to ease their fears and questions. If is not for general public then I think the content of videos changes. The only thing that i would recommend is that they appeal to the general population and not just governments (they can be consider of course but not focus upon) .Lets not loose sight of who this is for “us”
I would allow the humans to take care of the creative part since they know best what appeals to the populous and the Yahel the content. If other civilizations have to approve why not show them before is done?Of course thanks to those working on this project !!!!!! Lets us see one sometime soon..

  2. I would like to add that we on Earth see a lot of movies. In the movies the aliens are always attacking Earth and wanting to take over, thus a lot of violence occurs and fear begins. Maybe the movie industry should have our space friends save the Earth from calamity. I think this should help in easing the fear we have from our space friends.

  3. p.s. I see I missed a number of typos… opps! how do I edit my posts to fix them?

    • I don’t think you can edit comments. Sorry. It is a buddy press system… I will look into editing comments plugin…

    • Under your name in the comment there is a date and (edit) click on that and you can edit.

  4. I would like to make 2 comments on th eaboce post.

    1) I think it is a bit silly to have the aliens dress in the clothing of human culture. This does not transmit an image of honesty. I understand that the intent to make these aliens appear more ‘acceptable’ by dressing them Brooks Brothers suits, but that is laughable. For many, this will simply appear as a ‘trick’ and will immediaty raise doubts as to the authenticity of their intent (kind of like when someone says “trust me”… which is usualyl the first clue not to trust them). This is even more true if they wear costumes from a hollywood set! It is best if they wear the clothing they feel most represent their culture. if they are naked, and they have body parts that might offend some viewers, then a little creative filming and editing would mne more then enough to solve that.

    2) 27% is a damn good number if you ask me! When I look at creative submissions, proposals or even resumes, if 1% make it through that is good.

Of course, both of these comments may be off target as I have no idea what the message they are trying to send it. Are they saying “Let us help you” or are they saying “Let’s do business”? Do they want to appeal to ALL humans? or just the rich and powerful humans? 80% of humaity lives on less than $10 a day, billions can not read, write or have haccess to clean water. Do you think these people will be more receptive if these alians are wearing human suits that could feed their families for a year? Not likely.

No matter what they wear, what they say, what they, some will freak out, some will claim this is a government conspiracy, some will say they are evil some will embrace them, etc, etc. You can’t make everyone laugh with the same joke, and you can transmit you idea to everyoine with the same pitch. The best, and only thing, in my opinion, is to make a presentation that is the most honest and sincere and authentic, and let us humans experience it in the way we will choose to experience it. That is what we will do anyway, no matter what they wear.

    • ntisithoj,
Thanks for the comments! They are invaluable. They were looking for an independent critical feedback and finally, there is a meaningful discussion.
      1. I agree in general, but I look at Japanese, Hindus and Chinese in USA and all of them wear suites and none wear their traditional dresses. Maybe after the initial introductions, it would make sense for the aliens to start wearing some sort of humanized clothing. Just as a sign of good will.
No, Yahyel don’t have anything on the body that looks offensive. It is just that they don’t look like healthy humans, (I believe) and a dress would hide that.
      2. I agree partly. But when they try to deliver their messages in a straight untranslated way, it is complete diplomatic disaster.
For example: what do you say when you want a patient to turn face down. You say: could you, would you, let us, or something of this sort.
I experienced a straight forward alien who commanded: “Flip!”
See, it just doesn’t work. They need interpreters and that is where I believe the colonies can help big way.
