Max: Hello.

Caesar: This is a Caesar. A being close by–an Andromedan.

Max: Can you describe what an Andromedan physiology is?

Caesar: That is not important

Max: Okay. What is your view on our ascension?

Caesar: It is a most interesting time on your world.

Max: Yes

Caesar: It is a most interesting time for us as well. We are coming to understand what it is that makes you different. And your difference will be an asset to the galaxy. Your galaxy needs you.

Caesar: We will not help Grk. Fitneer facilitate this because we take things in a different manner. We do not look down upon their attempts, but we do have attempts of our own.

Max: Ok

Caesar: I am Caesar, I am a communicator. If you would like, I can communicate other times.

Max: Are you leaving now?

Caesar: No.

Max: Okay. Of course, I would love to speak to you more. That is very important. What prevents you from cooperating with Grk Fitneer? Is it a limit in your abilities to do things?

Caesar: It is our belief system. We are like you–strong in our beliefs and if there are ways that are not fit for us to work, then we cannot become part of an organization that works against the way we believe.

Max: How many physical beings in your culture are working on earth projects?

Caesar: I am not sure, but i know that it is over a thousand.

Max: Excellent. And how many are located in our solar system?

Caesar: All of those are located in the solar system.

Caesar: Somewhat yes. We have a vessel in the solar system that measures 26 miles.

Max: I am aware of huge ships. What dimension are you?

Caesar: Third.

Max: THIRD DIMENSION! Grk Fitneer is 4th in your calculation, right?

Caesar: We are aware of 4th dimension. We do travel 4th dimension but we prefer 3rd dimension. Our belief system requires that we do not take for granted those thing that appear solid.

Caesar: I am not reptilian.

Max: Your civilization, the Andromedans, are they reptilian in appearance?

Caesar: No, we are not. Not our species.

Max: Are you genetically related to humans?

Caesar: In some ways.

What percentage of our genome is similar to your genome?

Caesar: 16 percent

Max: Have you contributed in our genetics in the past?

Caesar: Yes.

Max: Ancient past, and Medieval and recent past?

Caesar: Ancient past.

Max: Were there any recent infusions of your DNA into us?

Caesar. Not recent.

Max: That is important. Thank You. Were you involved in the abductions?

Caesar: No.

Max: Any healing?

Caesar: Yes. We are a peaceful species. We do not believe in hostility. However, we will defend ourselves if necessary. It is the way we are.

Max: Excellent

Caesar: Eventually

Max: Are you meeting with any humans at all?

Caesar: No. We are doing some telepathic work and some channeling, but that is all.

Max: Could you host a human colony?

Caesar: We could at some time be involved with the colonies. We would not host one.

Max: Why not?

Caesar: It is not approved.

Max: Oh, you also have a system of approval like Grk. Fitneer?

Caesar: I believe that most species do.

Max: Are you telepathic?

Caesar: Not incredibly so.

Max: What would be a telepathic comparison to Grk. Fitneer, percentage wise?

Caesar: We are about half as telepathic. However, the way our physiology is aligned, telepathy would not be integrated into our systems for another 200 years.

Max: It’s not much (meaning, that’s not too bad). Can you become telepathic technologically?

Caesar: We already do.

Max: So if I look at you, how would I recognize that you are Andromedan?

Caesar: We are not like you. We are not like the Pleiadians. We do stand upright. We are about the size of your species. Our planet is slightly larger. Our technology came by inheritance and thereby we are able to move in space. But I defer. I am approximately the same size as a human male. I have no head hair. My eyes are slightly longer and almond shaped. I have spatial areas for my nostrils. I have a small mouth, but it can stretch for eating.

Max: Oh, are you eating?

Caesar: We do.

Max: Vegetarian?

Caesar: No, not necessarily. Mostly, but…..

Max: Would you be able to eat human food?

Caesar: I do not know. Probably some.

Max: Wow, so you have that close physiology.

Caesar: Probably some. We have two separate heart chambers.

Max: Is your blood red?

Caesar: Yes.

Max: Do you look like a grey, a tall grey?

Caesar: No. We have three lungs due to our atmospheric pressure.

Max: Are they located side by side, next to each other?

Caesar: There is two side by side and the one lower. We have no need for a pancreas.

Max: Do you give birth to children?

Caesar: Yes.

Max: Real birth!

Caesar: Yes. We are three dimensional.

Max: So when the children are born do they look like human children in any way?

Caesar: No.

Max: Okay, how do they look?

Caesar: They look like a fish.

Max: Do they grow on water?

Max: In air?

Caesar: yes, but not oxygen. The chemicals that we breath are different from yours. We use sulfur.

Max: SO, or SO2?

Caesar: SO2

Max: Interesting. What color is your skin?

Caesar: Orange

Max: Oh. You’re the orange person who appeared to Jim?

Caesar: No.

Max: Jim had an orange person who appeared to him about a year ago.

Caesar: Yes.

Max: Was it an Andromedan?

Caesar: No.

Max: Was it a dim orange or a bright orange?

Caesar: Dim orange.

Max. Dim. More like our Asians?

Caesar: No. More orange.

Caesar: Yes

Max: Are your clothes as complex as humans?

Caesar: We dress in metals. Flexible metals.

Max: So if we had to live together, one of us would have to wear a spacesuit, right?

Caesar: Yes

Max: On the good side, our infections are not dangerous for you, because your chemistry would be quite aggressive to us.

Caesar: But we might be able to eat some of your foods.

Max: I see. Have you read any of my writings?

Caesar: I have not. The books I have seen. The writings in your home I have not. I do not have dominion there.

Max: I publish everything on the internet. Do you have access to the internet?

Caesar: There are times.

Max: Are you in contact with our earth governments, government officials or the secret governmental officials?

Caesar: Not at this time.

Max: But you had before?

Caesar: We have made contact with officials of the government of China?

Max: Interesting. Why did you pick China?

Caesar: They were more open.

Max. I see. What was the result?

Caesar: We were mistaken. They are aggressive and want our technology for aggressive purposes.

Max: Read my book 3, I outline introduction to aliens and how things are on earth and the main idea is to use grassroots,(quiet)?? workers to do things. (20:23)

Caesar: We are aware.

Max: I believe that colonies are the way to expand the contact.

Which doesn’t exist.

  1. Any help from any race at this point is greatly appreciated. As long as they all work along the same path and aren’t working against each other. And they communicate to each other. We will need all the races helping us overcome the negatives that run the planet. I am so tired of the continuing manipulation for their own personal gain by such a small number of people. Races of our Galaxy, come forward and help to liberate us! We have the desire, but not the ability to do so. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

    We change our mind and we think of many things at the same time and we do not really know how to deside what it is that we really want, so we are a bit in a mess in our head. This is way I think it is hard for us at this moment to communicate, even by words.
    We know a language, but we do not understand each other fully.
    I wish to learn to concentrate better and get a clear mind.
    I wish to see clear mind-lines which would always be the best for everyone, for the whole humanity.
    I wish to neutrilize my ego-mind, for the best for the elevation of the whole planet, me included.

    • We have sessions with Jim so far once a week. If I could have sessions with him more often, I would be happy to have them almost all time. It is fascinating. He seems to be able to channel more frequently than once a week. Sometimes we meet at other gatherings and Lakesh or Tekkrr might get a word with me then, especially if there is an urgent message or question for me. Lately it became more quiet, the colonies are doing well and Grk Fitneer is busy figuring out plans and alliances with others.

    Psychic = being able to receive answers on spiritual level and even speak to entities on spiritual level.
    Telepathic = being able to speak to another person in plain language via mind to mind connection.
    There is a certain overlap, since telepathy, I believe goes via same spiritual path and psychic information, but there is some difference.
    Some people are psychic and not telepathic and vice versa.

    • What if this is the overlap that causing the psychic/telephatic information confused? I joined a lot of psychic facebook groups recently and learn that there are many “readers” and most of them are in discipline of not being attached to their ability even though they had working in such field as main occupation.
