Where to start?

Hello, i applied a couple of days ago for interview up there or down here.
2 nights ago i had a strange experience while asleep. I as sleeping and suddenly had a sensation. My heart was triggered to beat very heavy or intense. Then i woke up and think i saw some light for a fraction of a second that seemed not able to come through, and then it disappeared and the sensation was over.
I am wondering if it was you trying to contact me. If so, was the reason it failed that my frequency is too low? I am pretty sure i have low frequency as i generally don\’t have many real positive thoughts, and low energy for a Ling time now.
If it was you trying to contact me, CAN you let me know why the contact failed?
Also, i am trying to heighten my frequency, nut am not sure how to do that. Online i find some ways bit am skeptical if those methods can work.
I need some help please!

Bashar recommends not to focus on frequency.  That is seconded by many other teachers. It is nice to know your frequency and nice to understand that we are growing spiritually, but this is not best focus in life. Spiritual growth and ascension of the planet is a great goal, but often you may want to sacrifice your own frequency for later good for everybody. Ascension is predicted to take about 200 years and 8 generations. It is a life long work and not for one lifetime.

Bashar recommends to focus on higher excitement. Ra of Ra Material recommends to seek a way to serve others.  Healing arts such as Reiki and Chi Gong recommend start with self-healing and self-integration. All of these point in the same direction.

Bashar’s approach involves a substantial mental component – it involves learning. We recommend that you do your own homework and do research. These days best way to research is to combine watching youtube and reading books. You can buy used books very cheaply on Amazon – under 10$ each. Books are indispensible, some knowledge you will not get anywhere other than books. Even aliens use books.

Other important component is face-to-face meeting people of your level of understanding and discussing with them what is important for you. We do video-skype online webinars, please sign up for those and we will be happy meet you face to face and discuss what is important for you.
