What do star friends need to prepare for open contact

Dear Tekkrr, Disdoo and Grk Fitneer,

I am continuing my suggestions for the open contact. I summarize here what I think is absolutely necessary for you to prepare by the time of open contact:

1. DOCUMENTARIES: At least 50 hours of finished documentaries compiled by the colonists from about 2000 hours of interviews. The interviews should include humans interviewing humans and aliens at the colonies. See my proposal https://humancolony.org/2013/11/01/planning-broadcasts/

2. GFN REPRESENTATIVES: At least 40 representatives of Grk Fitneer who are skilled in communicating with humans vocally, including vocal communication with use of technological means. Have human lightworkers generally approve these representatives, the humans have to find them suitable for the initial contact.

3. FACILITATORS: At least 40 human facilitators who are skilled in facilitating vocal communications between humans and aliens. Those are also to be approved by human lightworkers.

4. SPACE VILLAGE: The space, security and infrastructure to receive at least 100 human celebrities and officials for short visits to your ships. Initially most celebrities and officials would take turns and visit your ships from several hours to two weeks. Later, human emissaries would establish permanent missions and embassies. Some of this work can be done remotely, but initial introductions, I strongly recommend organizing on your ships. I will call it for now “Space Village.

These are very approximate initial numbers. You should be prepared for to exponentially increase these numbers after about 2 initial months of the contact. This would require establishing training classes for Grk Fitneer representatives, human facilitators and service personnel at the Space Village.

I will be later referring to these 4 requirements, lets call them “4 preparedness requirements”.
