Weird phone calls
I am not sure if this has anything to do with our star families but I have had 3 strange phone calls lately.The number is an out of state number but I did not responde to any of them so they left me a message on my answering machine.The first one was a man speaking in english who just said Hello Julie (my name is Julie,lol).The other 2 messages left just said ur code is 6996, ur code is 7365.I found this to be really weird so I decided to check them up on the net and see if there are any relations to them.There are! I fell into a gene research program ADN etc.So I was actually kinda ‘freaking out’,thinking wtf is this.I had to surch up so many words but still I dont under all of it.So much research on homosapiens and others.So Im thinking who left these messages for I have been researching alot on the web lately and alot has to do with Illuminati.I still cant beleive this,lol.I was just fabergasted by finding these sites and just being able to go in the deep researches just like that.So if u could please ask them if its them and why they sent me these codes,confirmation would be very appreciated.Plus more and more I feel not ‘alone’ at night during my sleep.I know it has nothing to do with the entities I deel with and who are always around.So therefore im looking forward to ur replies.Thanks in advance,much love,LuLu!

I will certainly ask, what is that.
Suppose these were some low rank functionaries from man in black (MIB). An important thing to understand that they all have supervisors and none of them have a full understanding of what is going on. Everybody has pieces of the puzzle and they are as lost as we are or maybe even more. They are interested in learning more about the colonies as much as we are. You have seen something in a dream and they did not, so they must interested what you know and whether you have been taken.
I think it is a great opportunity for opening the dialogue and inviting them up there to the colonies. There is a need for diplomatic dialogue with MIB. I am sure this diplomatic dialogue is already taking place and is kept in secrecy. So now there is a need for opening an additional open channel for this dialogue. The colonies, this web site and the ground team is a public effort and we are doing obvious things. We are developing a dialogue.
MIB know well that the plan of the open contact is being finalized and they need to make preparations on their side. Everyone can benefit from the open contact if they are prepared. I bet most of money will be made by television broadcasters who will get the rights to broadcasts from the colonies.
Secondly, it is a matter of habit to be under a radar. You make a step, they make a step, but it is a continuous process. They are not a uniform force but many low-rank service people who just follow the protocol and orders. We are being watched and the decisions are actually being made on high spiritual level. We have actual angels (literally), very specific angels watching over what we do and how we play. Understanding of the situation helps greatly. Research which you do helps greatly. It is largely a computer simulation, a game, a function of our consciousness. You go to bed with a fear, at night to get over this fear, the fear becomes knowledge and you wake up with simple acceptance. You are being trained to accept and playing with a positive attitude which you already do. Light overcomes darkness. Knowledge protects.
