Transdimensional manipulations

Maybe the colonists can’t communicate with you due to the dimensional difference. They are on the planet Erra, right? I think it’s in the fifth dimension.

No, they are very skillful in transdimensional things. The aliens are next dimension up and do things here with ease. They can take people, read email, crash electronics, move things, do medical treatments and more. They do descend to the 3rd dimension to work together with humans at the colonies, but most of them do that temporarily and multitask – they move back and forth, often they would have multiple meetings at once.

The Earth mission aliens are mostly on the Earth orbit, but in 4th dimension. The Pleiadians on the mission are mostly from Erra, which is said by others to be a planet of Taygeta.

I don’t know which dimension is Erra. I assume 4th, but I didn’t ask.
