This is Tekkrrs method and she’s not sure it will work for us.

Prepare with many prayers 

Tekkrr says to herself first:-

That I am here, and that I know that I can move out and if I need to move out I can go quickly if I need to

Tekkrs basic prayer with the above in mind…

God is the centre of the universe.
I am now the centre of the universe.
I am now moving out from the centre of the universe, into everything and I picture myself in the centre of the sun or in the centre of a gaxaly or the centre of something beautiful and wonderful so that I can move out from that, but it starts as a little small light within side then the light gets greater

Next step..

You must believe you can do it, you must believe in it fully.

You have to expand yourself, you start with a space inside and expand that space outward, until you reach beyond yourself. when you reach beyond yourself then it becomes tricky because within yourself that is not a projection that is just within yourself your being has just fully enveloped yourself with your mind then must understand that it is not going to be in the body the body is comfortable, outside the body my not be – and therefore you take this form, expand it and bring your mind into it and force it outward, in a loving gentle way, but you let the elements draw you, be not afraid of anything, be part everything, let it become part of you, otherwise if you dont let it become part of you, you cant go any further, so you become everything that you touch and it moves outward (of course your spirit guides are here to help you, so you will be helped)

Tekkrr says that during this process when you start to become part of everything, that is when you are able to be in touch with your guides.

  1. wonderful extraction I agree… Hope more people do that, I sure will think of this. especially with the meditations and teachings that comes through..

    exactly what I needed cuz i had a experience like lakesh said and I am sure that I will connect to beings soon..
    The experience was that I entered a halucigent state, I saw coulors things where melting exactly like a mushroom trip… it happened some other things aswell but I think that was the big exp. and felt connected to the oneness like tekerr is saying in this clip.
    And I didnt know where too take from there. I tried to connect to some beings lika Max would do and said “”I invite good being””

    Any suggestions and/or related experiences is much appriciated.

    I´ve learned from Bashar that once you´ve reached a state at some point ( during drugs or otherwise ) one can recreate that state… that is what happened to me.
