PROPOSAL TO DIVERSIFY THE RECORDINGS

Dear Nina,

It was nice and helpful to talk to you yesterday. I am very proud of your achievements and how gracefully you approach your responsibilities. It is also very helpful that you and I can discuss the plans for the Earth in official manner. Having a parental relationship helps here. I decided to disclose that you are the daughter of my wife and I. It felt uncomfortable forcing you to hide it. You already are in a position to hide much of classified information and I dislike secrecy very much , so asking you to hide our father-daughter relationship was improper in retrospect. So you may now call me father or Max as you wish, there is no secret here anymore. I am publishing this online in text and video.

Now I will write about my proposal to diversify the recordings.

Dear Nina,

PROCEDURAL PREFACE

Here is my proposal to diversify the recordings (this is a short title for reference, I will explain below).

Please interpret it to Disdoo and do appropriate steps to get it approved, I assume it is to be approved by Arcturian High Council, but it is up to you and Disdoo to know who is to approve it. Feel free to modify and interpret it as you see suitable. Please also pass it to human colonists, James, Daryl, film makers and I guess a committee of colonists that is brainstorming the broadcasts. Please make sure that they get it. It doesn’t have to be in exact my words but these are important ideas and the humans need to know and understand them.

Now, it was very important that you explained that The Arcturian High Council is looking very negatively at my proposal for developing an independent human news network off planet. I proposed it 26 days ago, Nov. 23rd, and in my previous writings and since it was important, it was very disheartening to see how Disdoo and others avoided answering my inquiries about the proposal. Without the answer, I couldn’t move forward. It was very disheartening to find out that James didn’t pay attention to my proposals to the colonies, at least to the ones I mentioned to him, he wasn’t thinking of them much. Importantly, I don’t mind having my proposals rejected but when they are ignored, I cannot move any forward. I basically have to disengage from the conversation, until I get the feedback.

So this time, again, I am asking for any feedback: positive, negative or mixed from the decision makers (the Council) and the colonists.

Below, I will use the word “us” for members of humancolony.org and “you” – for Grk Fitneer aliens collectively

RATIONALE

The best way the aliens and the colonies can help humanity, to help the survival of human race, to help the first open contact and the transformation after the first open contact, to help the survival of humans in the economic collapse of 2027 is to teach the public, give them knowledge, create a new human culture and share it with the public. The galactic knowledge will be very transformational and healing if delivered properly and in a timely manner.

As I said before, the public is very weary of deception. They will mistrust the aliens, they will mistrust even humans who are speaking for the aliens, if the humans are in small numbers and if these humans haven’t built their public reputation before. It takes many humans and much time to build the reputation and trust with the public. This is a very important thing to understand. The public will not trust one person, these days. They would trust only a bigger number of people who are providing their independent and fully internalized and emotionalized news. These are to be people who know what they are saying and believe in what they are saying. Such was Walter Cronkite who stopped the Vietnam war. In those times the information was much more controlled and fewer individuals were delivering the news. These days 50 years later, the public is used to much bigger diversity of news reporters and to comparing the information from alternative sources. This is why it is important to diversify the broadcasts and for the off-planet broadcasters to be able to build their reputation while giving the news to the public down below. I recommend that the humans off-planet train themselves in this future capacity and prepare to start broadcasting to the public. It takes learning and practice. They not only have to learn how to speak, but they also have to learn the material, they need to internalize the knowledge and discuss it with others. This is a big work which needs to be started as soon as possible.

THE PROPOSAL

I greatly appreciate the progress with the film making in the colonies. I am very happy that there are currently 3 teams of movie makers making about 7 hours of video recordings daily. This is a great achievement. Now I propose to expand this effort in several directions:

1. Diversify

2. Add writing.

3. Add research.

I will explain.

1. DIVERSIFY

As I explained above, the public is used to diversity of news sources. They would not trust a unified source, they will ask for alternative opinions. This is because of high prevalence of deception in human media. We basically have a rule: don’t trust anyone when they say what is in their interest. Trust them only when they speak against their interest. For example, historians don’t trust stories told by Christians where Jesus is glorified. But when Christians say that Jesus was born and lived as a Jew, it is trusted because the Christians speak against their tendency to demonize everything Jewish. So the fact that the Jesus was a Jew is trusted. Same happens in modern interpretation of news. The public will trust what Grk Fitneer says only after these facts will be confirmed by Grk Fitneer’s enemies: Reptilians, Orions and others who are independent and have a very different agenda and interests.

Here is another example. It will be foreign to you, but it teaches much about the humanity. When a customer comes to a car dealer, they always want to buy one car, not more than one. Logically a car dealer should consult with them and offer them one car that matches their preference. Or logically, a car dealer should show them many cars and lets the customer decide which car they want. Instead, most typically, car dealers offer the customer only two cars, of which one is an obvious leader and another one is obvious looser. This works great with general public. The public wants to have choices and they want to have the choice made easy. This is unfortunate and this is how it works. What is achieved by a car dealer, he speeds up the process of choosing and this way retains the customer. If he gave a customer only one choice, the customer would say: this is good, but let me check the dealership next door. This way the dealer loses the customer to a competition. If the dealer would have shown the customer many cars, the customer would say: ” this is very good, but let me go home and do my research”. This way the dealer again loses momentum (that is time) and in most cases, the customer never comes back because again of deception and because the offer is much greater than demand (again due to deception and unfair prices). I gave you this example only to give you a sense that you likely understand human public very little and you need to get advice from humans how to best present your very valuable information. My advice is: do diversify your broadcasts.

Specifically, I recommend that you add more stations: for beginning, create 3 more stations:

1: human broadcasting station hosted by Yahyel and working together with Yahyel to develop broadcasts.

2: same for Pleiadian Errans

3: same for Lyrans.

I have a feeling that Arcturians are not compatible with the idea of hosting a human broadcasting station, but this is to be at least entertained.

Later, these stations can be multiplied: for example different branches of Pleiadian culture can host different stations. Moreover and importantly I propose the human broadcasting stations to be hosted by other friends of humanity such as Andromedans, friendly Sirians, and other friendly races.

This is in no way should slow down the current efforts of movie makers who already make movies in the colonies.

A typical human broadcasting station could be started by one human and then grow. Any number of humans can be used in a station. 5-10 humans is a good number for starting. Take for example human radio and television stations. They range from 1 person (YouTube channels) to hundreds of people.

The humans at the stations don’t have to be isolated. They could be connected in many ways and visit each other. The stations don’t have to be located on planets, they can be located anywhere including the colonies. They probably should be started with their location in the colonies and then possibly move to locations on the corresponding planets or to ships close to the hosting planets. This way the contact with the corresponding hosting civilizations will be easier.

Since Lyrans, Pleiadian Errans and Yahyel are very different, the stations will naturally diverge and diversify. The messages coming from them will be radically different and together very useful for the public. Not only each individual will have an opportunity to compare alternative messages, but also, different groups and layers of the public will align to different station. I could guess that Muslims will love Lyrans and Japanese will love Yahyel. Pleiadians may become most popular in India.

Importantly, I urge you to start the stations as soon as possible. As the movie making teams they will not broadcast now, but instead will be creating videos to show later, during the open contact.

I also repeat my recommendation to stage the information: the movies are to be timed and delivered in stages. For example:

stage 1: general introduction: how the aliens look, that you have best intentions, what is your agenda.

stage 2: what actions do you propose, invite the representative of UN and human celebrities to visit the space village (see my Space Village proposal).

Stage 3: tell your history, tell about your planets and way of life.

Stage 4: tell human history

Stage 5: speak about ascension, telepathy, spirituality and god

Stage 6: speak about economy and 2027.

Stage 7: expose most critical crimes against humanity propose needed actions.

and so on.

(The order is tentative).

Keep in mind that the public is a bit slow and also can lose interest if the info is too sophisticated. So the timing has to be advised by human experts in broadcasts and adjusted in real time (both are important: good planning, and adjustments on the fly).

STAFFING THE STATIONS

The humans in the stations are to be helped by the aliens from corresponding cultures. It may be difficult for you to find qualified workers for human stations so it may be easier for you to staff the stations at early stages with more of aliens and hybrids and later bring more humans. Keep in mind that great many humans would have skills, talents and motivation to be working a these proposed stations. IT is very surprising to us down below that you are unable to find more volunteers. The success of our website humancolony.org demonstrated that there is a great desire to join you up there and help in every possible way. We are very disappointed in you inability to beam us up. If needed we can consent to risks to our health and also we don’t mind to be taken physically as opposed to beaming. So the problems with staffing the stations are solvable and we urge you to take us up as soon as you can. I propose again to increase the number of people who work in the colonies long-term. They will be able to return or to cycle openly down and up after the open contact is achieved. So these long term workers will be locked off-planet only until the open contact starts (which I assume is less than 5 years from now, most likely less than 2 years). So these people would have to do a dimensional transfer only once. Many will volunteer to undergo a bit of physical risk of the dimensional damage. These risks are very tiny compared to the danger of losing 4 billion of human population in 2027 and the risk of not preparing well for the open contact of 2014-15. Let the humans decide if they want to undergo the risk.

Let’s examine the idea of taking the humans physical as opposed to beaming. If the trip is to be done only once, maybe it is possible to take humans physically. I wonder if your craft could go down, materialize in our dimension, meet with the volunteer, and physically take them to the colony without leaving the 3rd dimension? Again, as I said, in the past, Yahyel and the other greys were abducting and returning humans in many thousands many times each for hybridizations, so the process of beaming up and down was not too damaging. Many of us would accept the risks for the chance to be of service and be working in the colonies saving the humanity.

2. ADD WRITING

At this point I propose to add writing component to the movie making. Again, it is to be decided keeping in mind that the public is greatly deceived and brainwashed. I continue to favor movies over writing because in documentary movies, the public can see the dynamics of facial expressions and gestures of humans and the aliens and this is how the public will build trust in the messages. Also the public these days is more used to watch movies than to read, so textual news are certainly secondary to the video news. They are taken much slower and only by a small layer of the public which is capable of reading long texts. Still information-wise, text has higher capacity for factual information. Video gives a more holistic impression, but text allows to deliver more sophisticated messages. So at this point I recommend to add writing component to the broadcasts. Practically, I recommend to have writers to join the efforts with movie making teams and start writing books and shorter articles. Unlike movies some of those can be broadcasted already to the earth to gauge the reaction of people, but not at the extent to cause premature public awakening. But most of the information is to be written for later delivery to the ground. Later, during the contact, these writings as books and articles will be greatly needed for the press.

(I will remind here: movie makers can work alone (single person), in pairs and in groups, and writers most often work alone, but then their writings are edited by others who interact with the author and typically reach a consensus).

DIVERSITY OF OPINIONS

Note here, that it is all right for movie makers and writers to diverge in their opinions. Every human and every group of humans will unravel their own facet of the new culture. People within movie making groups and every writer could have their own way of telling the story and their own message. It is important to give the movie makers and writers maximum freedom in what they want to write and how they want to write. It would be a mistake to require for them to reach a consensus in what they want to say. (I know it is an unusual concept for you but this is a very Earthly specifics. We cherish the right of our creative people to diverge). As long as the creative reporters tell the truth, they should be allowed to do so in a way they like.

FEEDBACK

At the same time, it is very important to get a feedback from humans on what is produced: the movies, books and articles are to be reviewed by humans (up there or below) and the feedback is to be delivered to the authors and to the leadership. Not everything produced will fly with the public. We need to produce movies and texts which will help the humanity, so there should be some feedback mechanism and some way to control what is produced and what will be broadcasted. So this control is an important part – is also has to be creative – the diversity should be fostered, but the quality is to be high to make the material suitable for masses and produce positive transformational effect on masses.

3. ADD RESEARCH

I wrote much about the research in the past. There is much complexity in alien worlds and there is much complexity in the task of helping the humanity in the transformation. It takes scientific frame of mind to research the subject. It also takes engineering and social engineering frame of mind to come up with the solutions. So I urge you to bring people with corresponding skills to help developing the broadcasts. So the broadcasts go hand in hand with research and social engineering effort. These people don’t necessarily have to be mainstream researchers and mainstream social engineers. I argue that most useful researchers and social engineers will be found among alternatively thinking people, among the grassroots. They would not have diplomas, but they are to be thinkers and researchers sparkling with ideas. Since you are so terribly slow bringing humans from the ground to help, I propose that you invite alien and hybrid researchers and social engineers to help. But if you figure out how to bring humans from the ground, please do so as soon as possible. Much work is to be done and time is being lost. The researchers can be made a bit separate, I would structure them such that they would work among themselves and meet regularly with the movie making people. Typically the researchers could write themselves, but they also could be given help of professional writers, which have talents in listening to ideas of others and writing them up in a way easy to read.

As the research effort grows, the researchers could split and specialize in different topics: economy, religion, politics, creative culture, education, technology, biology, ecology, climate, galactic politics, alien cultures, spirituality, ascension, energy healing, mythology, alternative culture, mass media, mind control and deception, rescue works and so on.

The effort of research will go in both directions: the aliens will research humans and the humans will research the aliens. Both humans and aliens will learn much in the process and this newly acquired knowledge will help transforming and saving the humanity.

I repeat here the invitation to all benevolent extraterrestrials from and beyond Grk Fitneer. We need your help in saving our race. Please volunteer for helping the efforts in existing colonies and help creating and hosting more human colonies and news broadcasting stations in your ships, space stations and planets. We invite you individually and collectively. Much work is needed to help our race to survive and to transform. We invite you to help.

    I can understand you and I agree with your thoughts, but I believe that your way of doing things and their way is very different. Do these colonies exist on a 3D level with 3D people?
    I have a friend, who left years ago to the north of Spain and I have not had contact with him since then. He, Nelson, said that he made trips with aliens. I remember him saying that he and some other humans went into a Xendra, like a light boll and that they were not allowed to look back. He however did turn around and saw his own body still behind. So he was totally aware of having his astral body and they all just parked their 3D bodies and left them here. I have also heard that there are special rooms on board or somewhereelse,where many 3D-bodies are resting, like sleeping, while the astralbodies are having many different experiences: trips, visits, etc.
    So Nina is your phycical daughter, a human? Since she left have you had contact with her in person?
    I have seen a video of a man, who held a ufoconference who said that he had 7 hybrid children. One called him on the phone when the ship she was in had good connection and the same daughter even visited him and he took a picture of her and showed it. However I think this child had to materialize when she came here and again desmaterialize when she left.
    My indian master says that all these things you are involved in are 4D = astral field.
    It is all very real for somebody over there, but there is a gap of vibration, a difference in frequencies between 3D and 4D.
    Whatever happens on our lovly planet or to us, as a creative humanity, is not that much of importance as LIFE IS ETERNAL and there are natural processes for each individual. Everybody will come to the level they are worthy of and everybody will encarnate again much later, here or on an other planet or continue to an other dimension. I do not think we can choose everything ourselves as we are not alone and all the peaces of this great puzzle have to be in it´s right place, at the right time. We are not capable to see so far and we all have chosen to come here to make our experiences to find a way back to the Source to our start, which is a long way, so we can ecually enjoy the ride.
    If you leave for the colonies, see that your communication with the groundteam is better, so we will be able to understand more.

    We have 13 years to save 4 billion people.
    This makes every day worth 842459 people.

    Here is the calculation:
    13 years = 4748 days.
    4 billion people /4748 days = 842459 people per day.

    It is not that I am rushing you, I am rushing everyone. We need to hurry up.

    Don’t take it personally, as a leader you have to learn to share the responsibility with others and to trust others to do their best. So the formula is not for you only but for everyone.
    We need to change the history.
