Practice your remote viewing ability.

For training your psychic abilities, I recommend remoteviewdaily.com. It is a very simple daily test of your ability to see the future (or to change the future psychically). It is free. You subscribe and receive targets every day by email, you guess what they are and next day receive the answer.  I was able sometimes to guess it right or almost right, and you also see results of about 50 other people who do that daily. It is not exactly telepathy, but is similar and also gives you a true tangible estimate of your abilities and the mood needed to get it right. Again, keep in mind that you are not only guessing future, but actively forming it with your intention, so remote view is not only the ability to view but to influence the future.
