Dear Tekkrr, Disdoo and Grk Fitneer.

In the webinar you indicated that you are not currently contacting us because of fear of human negatives who would discover any email or holographic communications from you to us.

THE PROBLEM

Currently you can technically communicate to us via Internet or holographic projections and you are worried that your communications are traceable by human negatives and your supporters on the ground may be repressed by them.

I propose a solution. I experienced this kind of a solution during the fall of the Soviet Union.

LESSONS FROM THE HISTORY OF ALTERNATIVE THOUGHT

As you know, in Soviet Union, there was a total totalitarian control and repression of alternative expressions. Anyone who spoke or wrote against the regime was repressed. The state security organization was strong and secretive while 260 million people in Soviet Union were locked inside the iron curtain, repressed and brainwashed. Those few brave dissidents who had courage to speak were immediately traced, prosecuted and their punishment was made known to the whole world via mass media wholly controlled by the state.

Yet, at any time there was a liberally-thinking grassroots movement which sought freedom and good. These people rarely expressed their alternative thoughts publicly, but spoke to each other. They were also traced and prosecuted, but not as severe and more people were joining in. Since it was a grassroots movement, it was impossible for the negatives to stop. Even among negatives, that is among state security personnel, there were many who were sympathizing the grassroots liberals. They read the same books and listened to same songs. They had even easier access to alternative thought since it was their duty to know everything.

As the alternative movement grew, as the economy and motivation of the state deteriorated, there were more and more dissidents speaking up, more and more people were awakening and the state security people were less and less motivated and capable to repressing the outliers. It became clear, that they lacked motivation and resources to repress hundreds of people.

In summary: The totalitarian control is efficient when the number of alternative people is small and but it is unable to stop massive numbers of people. The threshold is different for different types of activities, but typically, where there is one of few person speaking up in a time, the repression is efficient, but when there are thousands, the repression is failing.

Similar events were happening in other countries. 1968 was a year at which student protests happened in many countries. Again, in places where numbers were small, they were repressed, and in places where numbers were big, the states were not able to repress the movements. Same happened during the history of hippie movement. Initially it was repressed, but then it went mainstream and most of the world embraced it.

THE SOLUTION

COMMUNICATIONS OVER INTERNET

Make the communications in large numbers to large numbers of people and make them benign. Don’t threaten the human negatives, don’t cause panic among them so they will not be motivated to react strongly.

Obviously, communications via Internet are less threatening to negatives since these communications do not prove the existence of you. Start with sending benign but useful communications to humans all around the globe. Obviously you shouldn’t be spamming, so find a way to send useful messages to people. Initially start from sending messages to the negatives, and to people who will not be harmed by the negatives such as military, police, elected officials and such. (Again, please don’t spam: make your messages useful to people).

As your electronic messages become commonplace, maybe when there are few thousands of your messages per week, you can start sending useful messages to us, the grassroots ground team. Again start with benign messages. Just establishing personal contacts would be sufficient.

As this process expands, you will be able to gradually increase the informational value of your messages and see how the negatives react. Assume that all is ready by them but they have a capacity to react only to a small fraction of the messages. As you continue, they will get used to your messages and will not overreact.

HOW TO DO THIS

You can create many email accounts on internet, they are free. Gmail is best. If any of your accounts are closed or blocked, you can create many more accounts. Invite volunteers the Galaxy to do this work. It is not secret and it doesn’t require high security clearance. For Galactic volunteers it will be a way to help the Earth and to learn how to communicate with humans. They can start from writing letters to individual humans and introducing themselves. I suggest the letters to be personal and helpful. This way many humans will be given alien pals. They could become virtual friends over internet. Even many negatives, military, police, and officials people will enjoy such friendship. Of course most of them will have to report their communications to the negatives, but many would still continue the conversations. As this process expands, you will receive a way to speak to individual humans via Internet. This is going to be very handy. Although these communications are not fully secure, they are reasonably private. When many thousands of people will be involved in them, the negatives will have no influence or gain from eavesdropping.

Importantly, these communications as long as they are benign, will not cause premature awakening of the humanity (I argue that you are to be ready for the contact, and propose the plan and the criteria in another open letter to you). On other hand, the electronic communications will prepare many humans for the contact.

COMMUNICATIONS VIA HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTIONS

Same plan relates to the communications via holographic projections, except those are much more impressive to humans. When humans will see holographic projections, they will be much more impressed and this will entice many to share their experiences publicly. So initially you may start appearing as holograms to people who are not likely to go public. Later, when you are ready for the contact, you may expand this communication to people who will go public. Importantly, even for speaking to us via holograms, you will need practice. So start this now on a limited basis and find out who can speak to us and how to speak to us.

  1. Actually it make no sense to me that why aliens are vulnerable to this… like they are vulnerable to earth’s physical/material interaction, to me this is more like a paranormal to be considered. It make no sense that how can humans deteriorate aliens since aliens are not on the ground, they can just send many instead of unable to do so, are they too naive to respect freewill of earthlings? No I don’t think so, because I know that even negative aliens were being healed, they cannot interrupt humans anymore but have to leave because they were being mistreated by humans’ belief system.

    I do not know if aliens are speaking of problem of physical interaction or the one I heard about the consciousness of collective humanity. Bashar said aliens cannot interact with humans because aliens can force humans into panics due to human collective belief, which I take this as half true. To me, there are many (possible) facets of why aliens are not open themselves yet, and too a lot of stories available online which I just do not know which one to follow, the only thing I know is we need to keep guessing until we get it right, rather than something that had spoken before and the intellect just grow up to that level, I feel like being dumb to talk here as is if there are infinite possibilities that I just might be wrong in guessing. Why humans are still being dumb? O.o

    • Yahyel of Grk Fitneer has been elected by the positive galactic forces to do the first open contact and they are being supervised by Arcturians. So far Arcturians turn down the proposals of Yahyel mainly because these are impractical.
      Biggest problem is that open contact is predicted to cause a great meltdown of everything, including governments. They are not capable of providing help to masses of people, and they want us to survive, so they delay. They offer our governments to start open contact and the governments refuse too for same reason: self-preservation.
      Nonetheless, the last plan by Disdoo of Yahyel which was turned down was to start the open contact at the end of 2015.

  2. Here are some of my thoughts (but I am not sure if they are “correct”): The negatives are very complex, I guess. I think they try to be spread in every country on Earth in small yet powerful groups. They operate on an “assassin” principle like many animals do, the ones that could be psychically used/abused by evil people to stalk on or kill other people, like the Owl, Mountain Lion, Rattlesnakes, etc. I think this principle is universal and applies to other evil entities in the outer space (this may help the aliens understand the negatives, how they operate). Of course, the main weapon used by negatives is that most people don’t know what they are doing and how they operate. They need power and control. Without it they cannot exist. We need to show light to the dark side (and to those that don’t know), we cannot stay hidden like they are since we don’t want any power or control, we want to help. We will need to shine like the sun.

      • They are smiling politely. No, there are technologies of tracing everything and anything. The software here is helpful against hackers but there are technologies which can trace anything, literally. Especially transdimensional activities on Earth. Not to worry. I think my suggestions solve major problems.

        • Yes, I agree. I am also sure there is some advanced mathematics which the negatives keep for themselves, like very fast factorization, so they can read any messages no matter how encrypted they are.

          • I think most of spying is quite primitive. They just have agreements with all major internet hubs and have their modules in every piece of software. So everything is transparent, they don’t have to crack anything. They likely can have a keylogger on every windows or linux system.
            On other hand everything costs money so they can trace only few tens of thousands of individuals. When it increases 100 fold, there will just too many people to follow.
            I believe they allow us to work without disturbance because we are helping them to find an easy way out. We offer a solution in which everybody wins. God bless true Earth patriots.
