Planning broadcasts. First Contact

Dear star friends,

It came to my attention that you misunderstood one of the main ideas which I outlined in my previous proposals: the idea of recording interviews in the colonies.

This idea is a very important one and it is obvious to me that we are losing this opportunity as the time goes closer to open contact and the interviews are not being recorded.

I already devoted much of my writings to this idea and now will repeat it again in a summarized brief way.

THE SPECIFICS OF MISUNDERSTANDING

I don’t know where specifically you misunderstand the idea since your communications to me are very limited. I know only that you rejected my idea by oversimplifying it. You thought that I propose “broadcasting hundreds of hours of interviews down to earth” and this is an oversimplification. My proposal was “to prepare hundreds of hours of interviews for broadcasting later, when the humanity will invite these interviews”. There is a big difference between these two statements.

THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY

This is a very important thing for you to understand. There will be only one window of opportunity for the colonies to record and broadcast the interviews. The opportunity to record the interviews is between now and the time the mainstream becomes aware of the aliens. The recording of interviews is the slow process, so it cannot be done at last moment. It takes many months, so if you are planning the contact for the end of 2015, we have only 13 months left to record the interviews. You already missed the opportunity to do so in the past 5 months since I proposed it. The time is running out. I urge you to start massive recordings.

The time window when the humanity will be ready for watching the interviews will be even smaller. If the interviews are ready, the humanity will be open to watch it, it estimate for about 2 months from the time of first shock to the time it loses interest and the negatives will come up with their ways to distort the information. If the recordings are not ready by this time, the opportunity will be missed. Again, recording and compiling takes time and it will be too late to do it after the information is invited. The recordings have to be done in advance.

WHAT IS TO BE VIDEO RECORDED

The recordings don’t have to be done by the aliens. Let humans in the colonies to do the interviews. The interviews should be of 3 types:

1. humans interviewing humans (in the colonies, this is a way for humans to document and share their experiences. It is essentially a request to keep a diary of the life colonies).

2. humans interviewing aliens.

3. video recordings of the meetings between humans and aliens.

Importantly, the videos have to be done by human professionals who know how to record interviews and meetings so that the mainstream public could understand those and for the interviews to be entertaining.

The process of compiling is also important, the recordings have to be compiled in movies of typical edutaining format. (“edutaining” is a combination of high educational and entertaining values). The compiling can be done in later months, but the recording has to be started massively now. There is a need to record hundreds of hours of interviews now.

WHY VIDEO FORMAT IS NEEDED

This is currently the format in which mainstream public is educated and brainwashed. People don’t read much in general anymore. The main medium of spreading the information and controlling the minds is television and in a tiny extent YouTube. YouTube is good for spreading the alternative news among a tiny layer of lightworkers, but mainstream television is in ultimate control of the mainstream public. Therefore, there is a need and opportunity to transform the humanity positively via television.

WHY WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY IS SMALL

The window of opportunity will be small because the mainstream media is controlled by negatives. Even after the contact the television will remain under the control of negatives. (In my book 3, I refer to them as MIC, military-industrial complex. Now I am using the word negatives or negative humans to get farther away from the concept of fear).

The negatives make everything possible to distort the truth about the good aliens because this truth will ultimately make them lose the global control. The negatives utilize many efficient tactics to distort the truth. For example, the alternative community which is aware of the aliens is very confused. It is dominated by official UFOlogy which distorts the truth about the aliens in many negative ways. When the public will become aware of the aliens, it will not look for answers from you, the aliens, but will ask for advice from human so called experts. Specifically, the television reporters will interview army generals knowledgeable of aliens and so called UFOlogy leaders. The public will be very suspicious of what aliens would have to say and would sway towards the opinions of generals and ufologists. Also scientists from NASA will be interviewed. As you know, all of the above are under complete control of negatives, they are paid and make their living by distorting the truth, so they will confirm whatever distortions will be proposed by the negatives. I am very confident that this will happen whether or not you record the interviews. Nonetheless, in the first days after the mainstream public will become aware of you, there will be great discordance, a great shock everywhere in the media. People will be stunned, many will be speechless, many will be confused and will look for help. At this situation, any distortion proposed by the negatives or any distortion which arises by itself grows from a rumor to a huge distortion in mass consciousness. If by this time the colonies prepare the interviews, there will be an opportunity to offer these interviews to television, the television agencies will be happy to broadcast these interviews and will ask for more. This is where hundreds of hours of prerecorded interviews will be invited and broadcasted. If this initial opportunity is missed, the discordance and hunger for knowledge will subside and it will be much more difficult or impossible to broadcast anything without enforcing it onto humans. I am pretty sure that this opportunity will come only once and it is a shame to miss it.

IT CAN BE MADE A HUMAN AFFAIR

Importantly, recording and broadcasting the interviews can be treated as a human affair. I realize that you may not be ready to broadcast much information to the humans. I realize that you may choose to avoid massive involvement in the human consciousness. In that case you may leave it to the colonists to record and offer the interviews for broadcasting by the television. It can be made into largely human activity. The aliens could only passively give the interviews to the colonists (be interviewed by the colonists) and the rest can be done by the human colonists. This way this process of recording and broadcasting remains a human internal affair. You would be only helping the humans to learn and disseminate the truth.

NEGATIVES WILL TRY TO SWAY THE PUBLIC AGAINST YOU

If the colonists miss the opportunity to tell the truth about the aliens, the negatives will fabricate or amplify negative information about the aliens and will present it to the mainstream public. After that the mainstream public will be very suspicious about the aliens and will not trust anything that you broadcast. Missing the opportunity for the colonists to tell their story to the humanity might be fatal for the humanity. If the negatives succeed in turning the mainstream public against the aliens, it will be close to impossible to reverse this. At initial moment, during the discordance and when people don’t know what to this there will be a wonderful opportunity. If some more conservative TV channels will not want the interviews, other channels will be happy to grab them and broadcast. So some of the public will see the interviews and other TV channels will follow. If hundreds of hours of interviews are prepared in advance, this can make you more popular than Beatles and the colonies will become popular. More people will come to the colonies and will produce more reports and interviews. But if the colonies fail to prepare the interviews, the mainstream television will interview generals, ufologists and other human experts who will fabricate evidence and sway mainstream opinion against you. After that there is not much you can do. There will be still alternative individuals, lightworkers and other grassroots people who might continue to like you but mainstream would make their mind against you and it is really hard to change it. Mainstream people are now scared of speaking about you because they know this is a prohibited topic. After the contact, if the negatives convince the public that the aliens are evil, the mainstream public will follow. In human society it is really hard to prove that you are good. If humans decided that you are not to be trusted, there is not much to do to prove otherwise.

So you will be asked initially for the information and if you fail to deliver it, you will not be asked again.

HUMANS TRUST HUMANS AND DISTRUST ALIENS

It is very important that the interviews involve humans.

As you can see in all 3 types of interviews I mentioned (humans-humans, humans aliens, and meeting reports) humans are actively involved. It is important that the public watches the humans react naturally. This is the way we judge whether to trust people. We have relatively slow reactions and think slowly, so in the interviews we watch carefully how humans react, we watch face and body movements to judge whether to trust a person. This is why video format is important and why active participation of humans is important. Also this is why hundreds of hours of interviews are important.

If the public watches the aliens only, it will be extremely suspicious. It is important to have the public watch human-alien interviews. There the public can judge the emotions and trustworthiness of the humans participating in the interviews. Also human-human interviews are important as the public will see the colonists who spent a lot of time with the aliens and learned much about them. Then the public will learn about you from the colonists and also will learn the way how to relate to you. These way of how to relate to you can be easily taught via interviews. That is how humans learn new behaviors – via videos.

HOW TO RECORD THE INTERVIEWS

On average a small percentage of humans knows how to take and give interviews but everybody watches them daily on the television. It is now most dominant and most trusted way of delivering news. In the past the interviews were scripted and rehearsed. This allowed to control better what is said and how is said. Now many realized that spontaneous impromptu interviews are much more trusted since humans often reveal hidden motives, emotions and information in impromptu interviews. Since we don’t have telepathy and since we have a lot of deception, impromptu interviews are best for revealing the truth. Especially trusted are interviews of children and unsophisticated people, such as people who are not used to public speaking and deceiving others. Interviewing such at the colonies would be most important since the public would trust those.

For example, people in general are very suspicious of interviews of alien abductees. But when children share their abduction or visitation experiences, people do believe, since children are not skilled in deceiving others.

To take interviews in the colonies, the colonists would better use professionals and people who are talented in taking interviews. It is not sufficient just to record everything that happens in the colonies for several reasons:

1. People don’t behave as if they are on camera.

2. The dialogues are not intended for broadcasting.

3. People did not consent for being recorded: as everything in the colonies, the interviews have to be done with informed consent.

4. The conversations are not condensed as they would be in interviews.

5. The energy flow is not such as it is in interviews.

6. There is too much happening and recorded, the professionals will not be able to make good movies of this materials as it is too difficult to find good fragments in these recordings. The recordings have to be specially pre-organized to be edutaining.

7. Background scene, lighting, dress and hair have to be in order.

Some of the security recordings currently done in the colonies actually can be used for the future broadcasts, but it is way easier to re-record new interviews than to find good pieces in old security recordings.

HOW MANY VIDEO JOURNALISTS DO THE COLONIES NEED

An introductory interview with a new person will take about 2 sessions 2 hours each. After that repeated interviews would take 1 hour each. For most people one hour every 3 days should be enough to record their new experiences.

For every interview a camera crew of 2 people is needed. One is doing the interviewing: asks questions and makes the interviewee feel good and at ease with the camera. The second one is operating a camera. This is true for human technologies and I am pretty sure that is what is needed using your technologies. I understand that you don’t need a camera, but the energy flow is still much better if there are two professionals who are taking an interview. Two professional video journalists can take an interview from one or more people at once. It is possible to interview a group of people at once, maybe up to 6. More than that might become boring for some people who don’t have a chance to speak.

If there is a lack of video journalists at the colonies, it is possible to have one person taking interviews since your cameras are automatic in every way. It is going to be harder work load on the journalist energy wise, but it is doable. One or two journalists possibly can do 4-5 interviews per day. At extreme situations, they can do more, but at expense of health. The ability to work extra hours depends much on motivation, energies and happiness. Taking good interviews is a very intensive experience and requires extreme dedication. This is for taking interviews from human. Taking interviews from aliens is more difficult. So more talent is needed on journalist side. I would say a team of 3 journalists is needed for interviewing aliens. Just because there is more thinking and more energetic work involved.

Therefore a team of 2 journalists is needed for every 15 human colonists who volunteer to give interviews once in 3 days each.

A team of 3 journalists can possibly interview one or two aliens per day.

Note that the journalists don’t have to be such by training. Some people have the talent even without formal training. Some people at the colonies can try this work and can find it enjoyable. The results have to be judged by other humans, they have to judge whether the recordings in general are suitable for broadcasting.

After the interviews are taken, professionals are needed to cut pieces from them and combine into meaningful movies. Usually, the pieces are combined into a story, they are often are combined out of order and clamped together by certain ideas. Here professionals are needed who understand both the art of broadcasting and the ideas to be taught to humanity. Since there are very few of those who are skilled at both, I recommend making teams of two or more people where 1 is an expert in broadcasting (movie editing, documentary creation) and another is able of positive global thinking. Let’s call this specialty a theorist. I can recommend Ed from the ground team for this work. Premysl is good.

Some writers are good: I suggest Steven Greer, David Wilcock, David Icke and Alfred Webre. They can be consulted in making the broadcasts.

A theorist can be same person as a movie director, or there can be two. A theorist could set a general direction and the director can make it happen (create the documentary).

Group meetings are different from interviews in a way that in group meetings people don’t pay attention to the camera. They are busy discussing things between each other. In group meetings people just talk to each other, and in interviews they talk to each other for the purpose of later editing and broadcasting the interview. Some fragments of group meetings, especially the ones involving aliens may be edutaining enough to be included in broadcasts. But the recordings of dialogues between individuals are not suitable for the broadcasts. The individuals need to be interviewed for the broadcasts. The interview format is more energized, more directed towards telling things to the public.

For the group meetings, there may be no need to have a camera crew. Your ability to record meetings as holographic videos is fine. But there still will be a need for professional documentary makers to convert your recordings to movies of edutaining quality.

HOW THE PREPARATION OF MASSIVE VIDEO INTERVIEWS IN ADVANCE WILL IMPROVE THE OUTCOMEimage

Until now, I used a term “Hundreds of hours of video interviews”. Now I will shorten this to “massive interviews” implying the same thing.

WHY HUNDREDS OF HOURS?

A typical documentary is about 1.5 hours. To make one such documentary, film makers usually record about 40 times more material, that is 60 hours.

See for example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gK0fjRWj90

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oi5pc1nL2rE

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tw7iN-BpYgc

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6yidWy1WFU

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U53zCg8uFAo

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0DYUxLkfMJo

These documentaries include only fragments of interviews and these fragments are combined into a story with a storyline. The above examples lack real aliens and contain only few people who were in contact with aliens. The experiences of these people are very limited.

The interviews in the colonies, in contrast will include real aliens as well as interviews of people who were in extensive contact with aliens. Among these it would be very interesting for the public to follow the process of expansion of awareness of individual volunteers with time. THis process of learing about the aliens and integrating this knowledge into personal system of bleiefs is very important. As the colonists do that, they can teach the public to do that, to cope with the new knowledge and to integrate it into existing beliefs. Some beliefs will be modified and some will be radically transformed.

In the first week of broadcasts the colony would need to provide to mainstream television networks estimated 3 documentaries, 1.5 hours each. This is how much the public can take in a week. The television people will likely chop the documentaries in pieces and add their own commentaries. They will take a 10 min piece and invite human authorities, celebrities and thinkers to provide their feedback. As usual, army representatives, Ufologists and NASA scientists will be commenting on the videos. Initially, the humans will suspect that the videos are fake, but as more material becomes available, they will learn to take them seriously. Hopefully, in first day or two the mainstream will realize that this is for real.

From that point on, the colonies would need to provide about 3×1.5=4.5 hours of finished selected documentary materials to the television networks which will be produced in the colonies from 40x longer recordings.

4.5×40=180 hours per week.

After initial period of interest, which is the window of opportunity, estimated 0.5-2 months the mainstream public will decrease its interest into you somewhat.

If the videos are good and if the negatives are not fully successful in presenting you negatively, the television networks may continue broadcasting the materials from the colonies. The extent in which the public opinion would sway against you will depend on how successful are the colonies in inviting the celebrities to visit the colonies.

If celebrities will go up, there is a good opportunity for the negatives to be unable to turn the public against you.

Summing up, the colonies need to produce in next 8 months at least

2 months’ worth of broadcasts = 9 weeks = (4.5*9=40 hours of final documentaries) x 9 = (40*40=1600 hours of raw interviews).

Starting from now and increasingly closer to the time of contact, the professional movie makers need to compile and create final documentaries, 27 documentaries, 1.5 hours each, 40 hours total.

Usually it takes 3 months for a team of 4 people to compile an 1.5 hour documentary. The work is mostly selecting the pieces, sequencing them into a story and narrating the story. To produce 27 documentaries, the colonies will need 27 such cycles. It is a lot of effort. Some of this can be outsourced down to earth. Maybe your technologies can make the process more efficient so fewer people could do it in a faster time in the colonies. But the colonies still would need at least 6 talented movie makers who can direct the work.

    fascinating journey

  2. Yes, please, this is very important.

    • Thank you! Premysl, Please expand your comment. Where do you agree and to whom do you address your comment, me or the aliens?

      • I agree with you, Max and I would like the aliens to read through your post and understand it. It is essential that there is a lot of material available before the actual physical contact with the mainstream society. There are secret groups of people (negatives as you call them) whose members really want to rule this world and manipulate with humans.
Star people, please, what Max wrote is essential. Please allow humans in the colonies to make the interviews, bring in more humans with good intentions and interview-making skills. We need to process and distribute the material to every single community on Earth before it’s too late. Thank you!
