Organizing meeting

I, Jim, Sabrina and Nick are planning a closed organizing meeting by invitation only.

Here is the agenda.

Agenda:

1. Announce elections.

2. Registering the non-profit.

3. Creating a council of prophets, Council of nine, else? Size of the council. How often to reelect? Rotations. Structure.
4. Should we separate administration (executives) from elected council (advisory board)? Should the administration be elected?

5. Schedule paid and unpaid hangouts.

Please comment.

Here is an important question for you: would you vote? Do you find voting appropriate? Please comment.

  1. With the best intentions on my part, I would like to say that in the interest of creating a new leadership paradigm, I think that having “open meetings,” for all interested, is a better way to go.

The “closed and by invitation only,” concept creates an exclusivity, can create some hard feelings and in addition, you can miss out on someone who may come out of the woodwork and surprise you.

It is the nature of such meeting to only attract those who belong there anyway and it is also the nature of such meetings, that even if many come at first only a few who are really ready to commit will remain. And as Google hangouts only accepts 9 people anyway, I think that having trust in that spiritual process gives a more open and trusting atmosphere overall.

    Just some thoughts.

Thanks for listening and many blessings,

    Sephira

    • Sephira, thanks!
I invite you to apply here
      http://www.humancolony.org/2014/06/02/apply-to-the-organizing-committee/
I also to invite you to volunteer in all other ways.

For the original meeting I simply invited all channelers and all speakers of the galactic languages.

Not all were able to make it to the meeting. Also some of the members liked it off-air and the experience demonstrated right away that this was prudent.

      • Thank you Max for your response. I appreciate it very much.

        Namaste, 🙂

  2. i invite any advice for new and more harmonic structures that we can use as we are still set in the 3D old energy based ones but obviosly moving away from them as we grow more aware what serves us awell and what does not

im not a fan of democracy and fully understand every person has a role to play to thier fullest and we cannot all be channeling energies otherwise who would support the website and other matters, some of us here are catalysts too and this IMO must be addressed at some point since Max and Jim are the perfect example of this

Geniocracy was an old belief but might be useful to check that out sometime and apply some of its features to make sure the snowball is rolling the same direction with everyone behind it

love the idea of different hangouts too! As we grow so will many challenges and changes to overcome but im sure with the high vibration of people present that miricles will happen!

  3. Max,

While I find voting appropriate for the website/organization administrative side of operations, I do not feel that it would be necessary to create a council of prophets, or a council of nine. I’m not exactly sure what the purpose of an elected nine would serve for the community as a whole. I feel that each step HUCOLO takes should be voted on directly by the members as opposed to nine elected representatives. We could figure out the proportions for what would pass or block a proposed action, such as simply majority rules, 3/4ths, 2/3rds, etc.etc.

Naturally, I think the website/organization administration should be rotated or re-elected, as these roles can become quickly tiring depending on how fast the community increases, and how quickly we put new plans into action.

    Love and Light,

    -Will

    • Thanks Will… I hear you, this was my thinking until I realized that it is likely that the members soon will loose interest in voting and votes will be casted not by many but by few, so the decisions will be sqewed towards most active members, which means unemployed or retired. Some significant members with jobs and families may be left out…
Besides, voting is a very inefficient mechanism of making decisions. It is easily manipulated and skewed by popularity. People who speak well, are visually attractive and speak up on webinars would naturally get more votes, while those who are profound and polite will be overlooked. I have observed that many times…
For example, one of our members is quite telepathic but doesn’t speak at all… Some are of great value and help much but can not speak publicly for different reasons…
Same with decisions… You can see how voting in mainstream is manipulated… Until we reinvent communication, voting is of a limited value, that is my strong conviction… There is a Roman expression: “Bread and circuses”, it is true even for lightworkers, hopefully in lesser extent.
