Dear colonists,

I continue. There is so much to say, and I have a sense of urgency. The window of opportunity is still small.

Again, I remind you that my advices are based on educated guesses, I haven’t seen an alien or an alien craft yet. And you do talk to them daily, so you know much more than I do. See if you can find good ideas and pick and choose what suites you and the situation. Consider this a brainstorming from someone who has been researching the subject and gave it much thinking. This is what I do all my life – I think about global things and the fate of humanity as a species, as a global human race. That is what I do all my life starting from childhood and finally, I have you and aliens who are actually interested in the subject. Hurray.

I know that you personally may not be as interested in the subject as I am, and I wish to help you.

1. Understand that some things are better done as a team. As an individual you have certain rights, but as the first and only human colony, collectively you are treated, can be treated and will be treated with much greater respect than as individuals. Start practicing collective behavior. It takes some practice and training to perform as a team. Learn simple skills of collective work – create committees, elected officials, you can take turns in doing secretarial work, leading meetings and so on. It should sound utterly boring to you, but understand, as a team, you will be listened with attention, especially after you make smart moves with reasonable consensus. Luckily you don’t have to do anything in writing. Have an alien with you or use their technology to record important things. It can even be telepathic. You simply have to make collective decisions, moves and apply for things. Verbal applications are valid in alien world. You also may make sure you know your rights and where to apply.

It can actually be fun.

I have heard, that not all of you get well together. Keep in mind that you don’t have to work all together. You can create subgroups, call them committees and divide tasks. You can request more humans and aliens to join your groups. Of course, the means have to be justified by good goals.

At some point, you may even request relocation of some of your groups elsewhere, – it may be fun traveling around universe. Ask for a trip over our planet, under the ocean and maybe you can see nice places. Ask to meet more friendly aliens.

I would highly recommend that you meet Bashar. Bashar is not from the same political alliance as your dear hosts, but he is from a friendly alliance and he is actually from Sassani race which are our descendants. So you have the right to talk to him. I doubt your hosts can refuse reasonable communication. Bashar will be most helpful in helping you to understand your rights and options. He is one of most knowledgeable of the human project – a true professional with many years of experience. Don’t be scared by his looks and energy, he is very good. See if you can meet other races descendants of humans – I know of Yahyel, the race number 1, or the first descendant race.

2. Request talking to Jesus Christ and Buddha. They may appear in person, or if not, they can speak to you via greys. The greys have this wonderful ability to connect and channel spirits, so you can have a meaningful conversation.

Speak to our creator gods. See if you can get a hold of god El. He is responsible for finances in 99% of our galaxy. He may not be able to talk to you individually, but as a team, you are entitled to his consultation, may be brief. Ask for help in understanding how he works. To me, his behavior is most reminiscent of a medieval banker. Still, it will be helpful for you to start a relationship with him. He is benevolent after all.

See if you can talk to your saints, archangels, whoever is available – they would know better. Your higher self and guides are very worth talking to.

I would suggest talking to spirits of John Lennon and other people you respect. Keep notes of your learning – this is most important. In my book I suggest, start video blogging – ask for a recording equipment and record your learning impressions on video as if talking on YouTube. See how this new knowledge can be shared with humans. Right now, I think your dear hosts are not ready to let you share your experience with humans on Earth, but maybe some of your videos can be used to brief new colonists. Keep in mind that maybe your hosts can offer you video equipment which is smarter and easier to use than one from Earth. Maybe you can ask some of aliens or humans to interview you – these would be very helpful for sharing your experiences. Keep in mind that with their technologies, it would be possible to change your face before broadcasting your revelations to Earth. I know they are not ready yet, but they might be ready for broadcasts eventually and your current recording would have enormous value.

3. I understand that some of you still may think that you are sleeping and some of you resist to accept the reality, hoping to come back and return back to normal life. You likely keep part of you sane, so that to survive the cultural shock after coming back. I remember my first visit to America from Russia in 1993. I was in America only for a short visit. I knew I was coming back after a month or so. So I learned, but also I kept my old Russian mind intact, since I had to return to Russia and had to keep surviving in Russia in pretty tough environment.

This, I believe, is one of the flaws of the colony’s design. When I envisioned it, I thought of humans moving to the colony with families to live for years until it is safe to come back. This way the humans would be making a conscious decision to transform into the new environment and would not be afraid of this transformation. I also didn’t mean for the humans to be locked in the station in a position of experimental subjects. I was envisioning the colonists to be treated as diplomats, emissaries, free employees, who eventually would be free to travel anywhere to other planets. The humans who are not to return to Earth could be trusted much more information and this is essential for meaningful work of the colony. Think about that. Maybe if you are not ready to move to the colony, some other humans might be ready. Maybe you can create conditions for inviting long-term colonists. I don’t know how big should be the colony for humans to feel home at it. Maybe 50 or 100 people? It is actually not the number of people, but the spirit of doing important positive work which would make colonists happy and accomplished.

4. …See how this colony’s experience can benefit you and your dear ones. Obviously you may help saving the planet. You may also be helped with your health. I know the aliens can do miracles, and potentially can extend your life and lives of your dear ones. See if you can also learn some healing arts from them.

If you are open to the idea of doing more work at the colony, see, how can you contribute personally, with your interests and talents. For the musicians and artists I see an application in creating movies for the Earth. It is possible to adjust the alien technologies so your mental creations would be telepathically transferred to a computer screen and then you could telepathically improve them in the computer. This way, creation of art, music and movies can become much more easy and productive. It comes again to the idea of broadcasting the information to Earth via YouTube and sharing the new knowledge with the Earth humans. This is one of opportunities for you in the future. To create this opportunity, you need now to create this new human culture in the colony which is worth broadcasting down below.

5. I want to explain to you the state of collective irresponsibility in this situation. Understand that every party here has a free will and therefore no party here is responsible for anything other than their own actions. The high council may seem to you like they know what they are doing but in fact if you ask them, they are not in control. Their attitude is close to the state of permanent panic. Same with gods. They are in some ways reminiscent of the Q from Star Trek, except they are benevolent. But the fact is that they are able only to change parameters of the experiment but they have no means to control the situation. They are not only incapable of controlling the situation, but also they are also uninterested and mentally unable to comprehend the situation. It is one of biggest collective human mistakes to think that gods are aware of our deeds and understand us. As far as I can tell now, they are not much interested in details. The gods are aware of trends and global things but they don’t and can not pay attention to everyone and every our deed. From communicating with aliens you can see that they have much trouble relating to us. Understand now that the aliens are closest to us in heavenly hierarchy – they are closest to us in so called “vibration” and they are physical. Everybody else up there is higher in vibration and even more remote and aloof than the aliens you deal with. This is my understanding. There are of course your higher selves and guides who are largely spiritual (don’t have bodies) and are involved, but they are forbidden from much involvement in our decisions and can provide only limited guidance and support. So no one is responsible for overall success of Earth project. We have helpers but it is in our hands to make it happen. It is part of the idea of graduation and ascension. Ask your alien hosts about that. (It sounds like a commercial: “ask your doctor”. Ask your hosts and whoever you can reach through them. I am actually in communication with your hosts and they were very helpful in helping me to understand the situation. It is important to ask right questions though and not to be discouraged by vague answers. Sometimes they are afraid to be punished by their superiors. Respect that. It is very much like a prison in many ways. Make friends out of your guards, but make sure not to push them too far beyond they are allowed to do. After all, the situation is very much like a cold war. People are getting killed and agents busted.

6. Realize that the good and bad aliens have their agents playing on the ground. This is why the security is so high and you are in the middle of this sort of spy drama. There are spies everywhere and there is a lot of eavesdropping. In Soviet Union we were used to that. It was part of our reality. We often knew who our informers were and some of them were actually good people. So it was all right to have informers around and often they were informing both ways. They were eavesdropping on people but also informed people below of things above. Here is an anecdote from Soviet Times, much relevant now.

I don’t know if you can understand it.

“A Russian party-official arrives late at night to his hotel (in Russia). He is not surprised to find that his reservation has been mislaid but he is more than a little peeved that his status in the party isn’t enough to get him a good room anyway. However, the clerk insists, the only bed they have left is the fourth bunk in a 4-bed dorm – he’ll have to make do with that. The Russian grumbles but eventually he picks up his suitcase and heads for the dorm. On his way, he meets a chamber-maid and thinking he might as well try to make friends with his room-mates, he asks her to bring them four cups of tea.

As he enters the dorm, he finds that the other three guests are Polish, they are having a fairly wild party and they’re very drunk. They also ignore him totally from the moment he enters. After sitting there for several minutes, he realizes he can’t stand them anymore and decides to pull a joke on them. He stands up, grasps a floor lamp and speaking into the light-bulb as if it were a microphone he says: “Comrade Colonel, we would like four cups of tea to our room immediately!”

The Poles stare at him in disbelief, which turns to horror as the chamber-maid knocks on the door and delivers the tea a few minutes later. In about 30 seconds the Poles have all packed their bags and fled the hotel. Our Russian gets the entire room to himself. He sleeps very soundly. The next morning, however, as he’s checking out and is about to leave, the desk-clerk calls after him: “By the way, Sir, the Comrade Colonel said to tell you he appreciated your little joke last night!”

7. Understand the peculiar position you are in. You are not secret operatives. You are closer to becoming public figures, ambassadors and emissaries. In a way, it is good that you are not given secrets, so that you can go public and speak to anyone. Understand that whatever is in public domain is not a secret anymore. The aliens have unique capacity to access much information – so use this capacity to learn the situation and to change things for good.

8. An important thing to understand is that high council and you alien hosts are dealing not only with our timeline but also other timelines. In some timelines the Earth is well and in other it is not so well. Although you will return to the Earth of your and likely mine timeline, the knowledge from the colony will be used across many timelines. Your work is important.

9. I can only guess that you may have little experience in working in bureaucratic environment. I have some experience with Soviet and American bureaucracy – mostly from the position of low profile scientist. But I have participated in few committees and generally am aware how the system works. Think if you can benefit from inviting an enlightened benevolent human who has lots of experience in working within bureaucracy. I know some scientists are good people and at the same time are experienced in getting things done within bureaucratic structures. These could be academic scientists, corporate scientists, even military scientists, administrators and officers.

I also need to tell you that my life down below is not simple. I am writing under perceived time pressure, so forgive me for typos and that my letters are not polished. I really hope you will achieve good results. I want the Earth to become successful and open its borders to the Galactic community. You have the opportunity to become first humans who travel freely between the Earth and other worlds. Develop this opportunity. This is our chance as a civilization not only for survival but also for greatness. See how can we help other civilizations. I write a bit on that in the book, but you are much better positioned to find their needs and see which talents we can offer them.

Understand that there is a colony’s spirit. It is real. You are first humans to learn alien technologies and telepathy. It goes hard because no one has done this before (in our timeline and possibly in any timeline). As you develop these new skills and culture, it will be much easier for next people coming to colony to get it, and as the colony grows, it will be possible to teach humans on the ground new skills, technologies and knowledge.

Ask the aliens which technologies have they already given to humans. Say free energy, medical, propulsion, transportation, teleporting, computers, materials, manufacturing, agricultural, etc. You will be amazed.

Thank you for showing this letter as it does put things in perspectives as to what we should be doing in the colony.Hadnt thought about it that way at all,well not completely.I just thought to myself that things will flow the way they should.Im a person who does what needs to be done in a simplified way as much as possible so I hadnt taken the time to go in depths of what to do,say,etc. Also I was wondering though if this is letter 2 can we see letter 1.I would appreciate it.
