I realized now that until the “4 preparedness requirements” are met by the colonies, it is too premature to bring the celebrities to the colonies. The celebrities are needed to convince the population, but now it is too early to start the contact. If celebrities visit now, some of them would likely start sharing their experiences publicly and this may cause premature public awareness and panic. So initially, now, I suggest bringing up the volunteers who are not celebrities, so their sharing would not cause a widespread reaction. I would define a celebrity as anyone who is known by over 5,000 people, approximately. But when the colonies meet the requirements or are close to meeting them, it will be a good time to start beaming up volunteer celebrities. To prepare for that, we will need to choose which ones to invite and let them volunteer. They would need some time to make up their mind before volunteering. So now may be a good time for starting invitations but not yet a good time for beaming them up.
