Namaste everyone, this is what I threw together as the beginning of a business plan for the Human Colonies. Enjoy & Please add input we are always a team.

Executive Summary

The ambitions & dreams I see for the Human Colonies are infinite. The short term foundations to be implemented for optimal efficiency will revolve around creating a constant online platform for higher density entities to be channeled. This will be achieved once a healthy body of lightworkers have become a steady stream of channeling ability. The colony will be structured as a Non-Profit or as a benefit corporation, a non-profit organization accepts donations as tax deductible use of funds for a philanthropy cause. A benefit corporation or B corporation is a corporate form available in certain US States, designed for for-profit entities that wish to consider society and the environment in addition to profit in their decision making process. Benefit corporations differ from traditional corporations in regards to their purpose, accountability and transparency. The purpose of a benefit corporation includes creating general public benefit, which is defined as a material positive impact on society and the environment.This will allow us to act as a separate legal entity with a usage of funds for salary positions & structure.

Outline of Human Colony Divisions

Human Colony Management :

A full service agency for channelers & other ascension individuals. The channelers will be given designated time periods for when they are most comfortable & always a free choice with which “Pod” area they desire

Human Colony Pod Networks : (Google Hangout Rooms)

A) Open Forum Pods – Free flowing “Pods” incorporating multiple simultaneous channelers at one time discussing concepts with humans as a whole.

B) Species Specific Pods – For more direct Q&A, and oriented towards the channelers’ background. (ex. Pleiadian Pod, Lyran Pod, Arcturian Pod, Reptilian Pod etc.)

C) Channelers’ Only Pods – approved membership online community with a professional affiliation “Channeler / Client Community” for synergy amongst purely those channeling & for more patient client confidentiality designated area in private sessions.

Human Colony Channeler Search :

An international channeler / talent SEARCH ENGINE utilizing emerging technologies to transform the manner in which new talent is identified.

Human Colony Broadcast Network :

This department produces episodic programming and aggregates video content. We create and power branded channels for our own, affiliated, and external brands via a saas* ovp* cms*. As a content producer and aggregator we monetize our programming and revenue share with our affiliates, saas customers, and aggregated content providers.  We will build our own ad library from which we will revenue share ad earning within our network of branded content producers, video channels, and aggregated users content.

Human Colony Publishing :

Print on Demand / web / mobile publishing is a subscription and RSS based periodical publishing group.

Human Colony e-Commerce Shops :

Our e-shops are a natural progression from our channelers’ social network, e-Broadcasting, and e-Publishing divisions.

Human Colony Marketing Group :

Our brand advisory, sponsorship procurement, and event marketing division. This department works closely with the brands and companies seeking traction in our core demographics. We establish marketing campaigns, brand endorsement deals, and branded events tailored to the vision and direction of the client’s defined approach.

Human Colony Production Group :

Our producing division it works for all the other divisions producing photo, video, film, media, social, audio, event, and a multitude of assignments for print, web, mobile, marketing, broadcast, commerce, advertising, marketing and other mediums. This will be a very busy department and it serves as a core facilitator in content production for all our divisions, as well as guns for hire for the marketplace.

    I admire Gordon’s initiative. However, I feel it is little too early for HuColo to move to that direction. I like Max for his openness of this platform and his service-to-others idea. I resonate with that the most. I was so happy when I heard him say “He wants to keep it this way for now and we are not ready” when Nick mentioned that that we should start charging for webinars. I understand where Nick is coming from. I understand Max’s situation, Jim’s, Nick’s and many others’, because I am going through some hardship myself. So I can relate but I think we should keep it only donation based.

    I feel “MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL”. Eventually, all society should run without money. It should be love and energy based. I would love to see us move to that direction and also our ET brothers and sisters keeps telling us how they do not understand how our society runs on money and fossil fuels. It is unfathomable to them. And if we want to create this example, shouldn’t we be moving in that direction?

    I know money is tight and I am extremely surprised by Max’s comment that he would entertain the idea of sponsorship from a reptilian company UnderArmor, which totally contradicts his own statement of how he doesn’t like the reptilian run government and MIC. When we are sponsored by a company, that means we resonate with their ideas and philosophy. My opinion is that we should stick to our core values. THIS IS OUR TEST! To believe in ourselves and work in LOVE-BASE or to sell our souls just so that we can survive this 3D world? I am commenting only on Max’s comment about UA. I have nothing against UA nor any reptilians. I love Nick, even though he has so much reptilian in him (smiles). I am totally neutral. Anything is equally good and equally bad, it all depends on the view, or the “Permission Slip” as Bashar likes to call it.

    Now back to Gordon’s post, I love his enthusiasm. I think it is ok to think about generating money to support the family but my first impression was that the post sound very money-motivated and commercializing human colony. It is more like service to self that service to others. His intentions are all good. If we focus on the commercial side now, our energy would be deviated from our soul growth here.
    I agree with him on the pods ideas. I was thinking of something along those lines because of hearing the situation of Max and Nick and Jim. We live in this 3D world and we have bills to pay and kids to feed. I understand. So now I asked myself, what can I do help? How can I contribute? Then here comes Gordon’s post!.

    I have professional graphic design experience and I can help with 80% of the things listed on his post. I will gladly donate my time and skills only if it serves and bring people together and creates a better Hufamily.

    I think we should only do away with what we can with donated time/skills by our members in the group so that there is no money flowing out. This should be our highest joy….to give and share and to grow.

    I would suggest that all money generated by the channellers be pulled together and split evenly including donations that comes through human colony. All the channellers should agree on certain number of readings a week and if one is overbooked, the other one will take it. This way, there will be a nice flow. It should not be about money, it should be about love and share and grow and be a REAL family, looking after each other.

    Videos and things do not need to be fancy with cool transition effects (as long as they are of good qulity and sound) for what HuColo is. We are not selling anything. People will seek us for knowledge and education and understanding. It should be uncut, raw, pure and simple. Just because you sell a pack of popcorn in a fancy $20 packaging doesn’t mean it will pop any better.

    I felt like I had to put this out. Any comments and criticism welcome. I mean this with best intent in my heart. I just ask Max to look deep into his own heart and do some soul searching. This is your child and you should not pass it to someone or some organization (light-worker or not) just because they can take care of it better.
    Remember, you have to do it out of pure joy and no expectation. May be this is your “TEST” Max.
    No one knows your child and love for your child more than you do. So I say to you Max, you are strong, and you are capable of this all. We are here to help. We should build it from within our own group.

    Namaste!

    Please let me officially introduce myself. I am Prana, an ordinary and boring person in HuColo site with no amazing stories of paranormal or visitations from aliens stories to share with. That’s why I just stay in the background and enjoy this amazing one-of-a-kind show.

    As you might be aware, I am very new to this site and I have joined the webinar very briefly for 2 times now. Max, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for starting this wonderful platform. I have enjoyed how you have put your galactic loving and growing principles above the sole desire of gaining monetary value from it. I have been amazed to see so many people starting to channel in such a short time. It’s like watching flowers bloom right in front of your eyes….pop, pop, pop, only in this case, they are the Galactic Flowers with so much information and knowledge. I feel so much joy and excitement to see the transformations and it tickles my heart to see so many young people in here, so awakened. (Compared to those Aliens who are hundreds and thousands of years, i guess, we are all young, you too Max, you too, you are young). Dang, did i just give away my sense of humor? I wanted to keep that to myself for now, but I guess, I Lakesh’d out on this one. (You know how he likes to slip out things and gets in trouble?, but oh! I love Lakesh and his wonderful spirit).

    I stumbled upon the HuColo youtube page about a week ago and I have watched almost all the videos, including the 6 and 8 hrs Nick’s webinar, and I enjoy them thoroughly. (What a dedication you all have!). Even though I have very little to contribute, I have felt all of you, who I have seen on webinars, are like family to me. Thank you Max, again, for this open platform that you have created and I cannot thank James Charles (with a Golden Soul) enough for brining Lakesh and Tekkrr through and all the other wonderful brothers and sisters he brings forth to make the webinar what it is today. Thanks you 2 and the Galactic 2 for that.

    Compared to the brothers and sisters that participate in the webinars continuously and bless us with their precious energy, I am the perfect example of “general public” that has never seen a ghost, a spaceship, nor any energy senses, let alone speak to aliens in their own languages. How crazy is that? How freaking exciting is that!!!!! Makes me want to just jump in their bodies and see and feel what they feel. (I bet all of the non-channellers feel the same way). However, I am a very open person and I had watched some Bashar’s channeling videos and I have to admit, I love his answers.

    At that time, I thought that in order to channel, you had to be born with that divine gift or you have to be visited by the aliens since your childhood. But to my amusement, his answers were how I have been living or thinking of my life for sometime. I am spiritual, yes, because i have felt the divine embodiment of the source and I feel like I had achieved a sense of Nirvana. It is my state of being, and I feel blessed every moment. My wish to all humanity is that they could feel the love that I feel. It is like feeling of the one-ness with everything, the falling leaves, the stream, the gentle breeze, the beauty in every living or non living. I can go on and on but I know I don’t have to go further explaining this because you all understand this. Remember, I am the one in the group with no experience. So I am a bud with a potential, so what? So much to learn and so much to grow and to blossom……… How exciting!
