Health Problem

I have held stomach problems for a little over a year now. I have been to the doctor and hospital, with nothing working. I have tried meditation, and medicine that is supposed to get me better, only they haven’t. I’m not very good at manipulating enerigies, (my own nor my surroundings). I am not even sure if energy manipulation would help at all. Any ideas on what I might be able to do to get over these stomach problems, so I can get on with my life and not have to worry on waking up at 3 am sick to my stomach?

  1. Start ingesting more natural foods such as whole, fresh, raw, fruits and vegetables and do a lot of research about the raw vegan diet.

    • I have the same thing – it is all from stress. I found most efficient Reiki and herbal medicines. I originally used traditional Chinese herbs and later switched to traditional Indian herbs – they do miracles. 

      This herbal medicine is not weak – you take tons of herbs- few spoons every day. Indian taste way better. It is called Ayurvedic Herbalism.

      Both are very powerful. They change the whole system radically. 

      Meditation, sleep and naps are great. I sell in our shop sleep mask and earmuff for meditation during the day in noisy places. These saved me from deterioration of my health – I can now take meditation naps during the day even when I travel – this is a great remedy. I just turn off for half hour and after that the pain goes away and I feel way better.

       

      And a lot should be said about diet – more boiled vegetables, less red meat, less wheat, less yeast, less sweets, less raw food, radically less oil and fat, less processed food, it takes a lot of consistent effort to eat well. No caffeine or other stimulants. No alcohol. Minimize chemical drugs.
      Healthy moderate excercise, swimming. Swimming is another remedy that saved me. Every time I got pain in my stomach, I started swimming like maniac and didn’t stop until it went away. Swimming pools are everywhere and cost little.
