Galactic languages, where does it come from?

Can you explain how galactic  language  is developed  and where does it come from and five things that make me happy.

Family and close friends; freedom  and free will; to travel  to different  places / countries and sample different  foods; social gatherings with like minded people ..soul groups;  being in nature and love camping; dancing being creative and using my hands; and being of service to my fellow hue-man being.
