Developing the ground team

I see the main function for the ground team to invite volunteers to the colony.

There are many people who would want to go but they don’t know that they could apply online. We can spread the word and this will make a huge difference.

Another function for the ground team is to collect the knowledge about the colonies and the aliens. 

Next is to establish communication with the people who return from the colonies and ideally, a network of communication with humans in the colonies.

Next is to become a representative medium for the colonies.

We will become emissaries of the colonies to the ground civilization. When the time comes, we will be preparing the place and negotiating the space for human-alien-hybrid settlements on Earth. We will welcome them and help them to integrate with the rest of the society. These settlements will be similar to modern university towns, they will evolve about ecology, arts, education, science and technology. The human-alien-hybrid settlements will teach humans about the new way of life and new technologies. They will also help aliens to establish contact on the ground and learn more about our diverse cultures.

We know very well that leadership in all big organizations on Earth is in large extent hijacked by negatives. We will make an effort to prevent hijacking the leadership of the ground team. Here we will discuss how to prevent negativity from taking control of the ground team. Best practices for preventing the negativity from taking control are:

1. (making it a distributed structure with decentralized management, so there is no hierarchy and no center which could be hijacked by negatives and
2. establishing a close connection to colonies, aliens and higher consciousnesses which can see through attempts of negatives in hijacking the control.
3. Ultimate transparency of affairs. Developing a culture in which secrecy is not welcome.

Negatives always hijack control via ultimate centralization and secrecy. Decentralization, higher guidance and transparency will help to avoid the spoiling from the head. No head – no spoiling. The ground team should be developed as a grassroots movement with no single center and leadership. It is less efficient than centralized structure, but in current circumstances this is best model for the long-term health of the ground team.

Certainly, we are taking a leap of faith here. Not making a leap of faith would be a mistake. We have an amazing opportunity to radically improve the development of our civilization to the better by simply volunteering to the colonies in masses and growing our colonies in space. This by itself is a form of Contact. The volunteers will respond to the hospitality of the aliens and develop the contact off-planet. As the effort grows, more and more humans will visit the colonies including our celebrities and politicians, especially from poor countries. These people have little to lose and much to gain. As the word gets out, the mainstream culture will pick it up and the aliens will become celebrities overnight. They will be invited to speak on Earth television. The contact will become a major celebration. They will become more popular than Beatles. The ground team will help this happen. This is grand vision which we will share with the Universe.

Currently we don’t have any physical proofs from the colonies. All we know comes through a channeler. As more people share our leap of faith, we hope that the spiritual truth which we are accepting will manifest physically. We are ready for steady growth and when time comes for exponential awakening.
