Engaging MIC (military-industrial complex) leaders in the First contact and the reform

Dear Disdoo,

I spoke to channeled spirit of George Wallace and his argument made lots of sense. He demonstrated quite emotionally how the earth leaders are afraid of the aliens suddenly taking power. They don’t have too much information and since they are looking at exopolitics via human prospective, they expect the aliens to take over control.

So the only way for the leaders to cooperate, as Wallace said, is to convince the leaders that they will remain in power after the contact. Now, they have lots of reasons to believe otherwise.

I see here 3 major scenarios:

1. The MIC radically changes from hiding alien presence to active isolationism, that is the propaganda of fear of aliens and thus retains the control.

2. The open contact by the aliens causes a major crisis.

3. Gradual, planned and controlled transformation is done by the collaboration between humans and aliens. (The contact can not be gradual, but the transformation of society can be done gradually).

Naturally, I am strongly advocating for the gradual controlled transformation, that can be called a reform.

Based on all of the above, I recommend to discuss and widely involve the human official and unofficial leaders (That is MIC) in the development of the reform plans. Specifically, I recommend to ask for their advice and input on how they wish the reform to take place. Obviously many of them will lose their control positions, but also many will be and should be able to play an important positive role in the reform.

I recommend to contact about 2000 top Earth leaders and establish continuous communication with them. These leaders should include top MIC’s leaders: including financial, military, political and other leaders. Each of these leaders should be given a liaison alien, to establish a continuous conversation, to build a relationship and to develop trust between individual leaders of MIC and individual aliens. Possibly, you would need about 600 aliens who would speak to these leaders, so each alien could be a liaison to about 4 leaders.

I suggest that these would be aliens not only from Grk Fitneer but also from GFL and beyond.

These aliens don’t have to have high security clearance, but their communications may be limited. The alien liaisons will offer information services to the MIC leaders, they will answer a variety of questions and will invite them to visit the alien worlds and to learn about aliens first hand.

This is necessary to build trust and develop cooperation.

The MIC leaders are used to be in control so they will be pleased if the aliens will offer them to interview say 3 aliens each (each leader will interview 3 aliens) and will pick who they want to be a personal liaison.

The communications may start from a simple imitated telephone call and then develop into the dialogue on the ground where aliens will talk to the leaders via the holographic projections.

We can discuss the process of entrance and introduction: this will be critical. Many of the leaders are in constant fear and will reject the opportunity, but some will welcome it. So the introduction should be friendly and done via non-threatening ways. Ideal would be an introduction via a trusted subordinate or a friend. Sometimes a holographic projection of a waiter or a non-threatening stranger could work: a girl, an old man or woman, a friendly service person.

The main incentive for the MIC leaders to engage in this dialogue (which they will take as personally dangerous) is to offer them useful information. Also many of them are sick and can be promised and given medical services on the ground and off-planet.

As the conversation develops, you will be able and should discuss with them the scenario of the contact and the reform after the contact. They will give you best advice since some of them know well how to do reforms on the planet and how to get things done.

Please take these recommendations seriously, I believe they make a lot of sense. I have been writing about this before and now, with Wallace’s advice, and other input, I came to conclude that this path is most optimal.

Addition 1.

I continue here on the way the introductions can be made and what images can be projected.

The problem to be solved is that many of MIC leaders either are under constant surveillance or are afraid that they are under constant surveillance. Some of them would be indeed in danger that other people will detect their connections with the aliens and the leaders having connections with the aliens might become less trusted by peers or even harmed.

How to solve this?

1. First, it is important to contact the MIC leaders in batches, even more, it makes sense to contact the MIC people located in the same area at the same time, so it is never one contact but always more than 5 contacts happening at the time. If it is one contact, the MIB would easily trace and focus on one person. (MIB are so called Men In Black, that is human operatives , not necessarily wearing black, who control and limit contacts of humans with the aliens). If many MIC people are contacted at once in the same area, the punishment will be diluted and the reaction will be less damaging to the contacted people.

2. The contacts should have very benign character and be more useful to MIC than damaging. The contacts should be of informational and educational nature and not official negotiations. The MIC people should not be invited to cooperate with the aliens, but only to become more familiar with them. I suggest that more aliens from neutral civilizations  and from neutral professions and affiliations be invited to serve as liaisons to MIC people. This way the contacts with them will not be regarded by MIC as treason. Since these contacts are to be via projections, these aliens can be and should be of very peaceful nature. Their task would be to develop trust and personal relationships.

We should assume that in most cases, the contacts between individual MIC people and your liaisons will not be completely secret: MIC will generally be able to trace the transmissions and will know who is being contacted by you. But since these contacts will be benign and will bring more information to MIC, MIC will likely allow most of them to develop. An additional incentive for the MIC people to develop the contacts will be that they individually will become double-agents, they will continue to lead MIC but also they will open for themselves a safe exit – a path to become involved in the future reform and the leadership after the reform.

3. For most transmissions it will be best to make these transmissions reasonably confidential. For example, you could transmit the sound directly to ears or the brains of the contactees thus bypassing the surveillance devices. The holographic projections can be made such that they may only be visible to the contactee and no one else.

For those projections which may be visible to others and even for those which are visible only to the contactee, these may be made very benign and humanized. Talking to alien-looking alien may feel subconsciously dangerous to MIC worker, it may subconsciously be perceived as speaking to an enemy. So humanizing the projection, with permission, would make perfect sense. You should not appear as dear friends, since this will certainly be interpreted as deception, but as somebody benign. You may appear as Popeye the Sailor Man, as a waitress, a hotel service person, as a movie character, for example a star trek character, Forest Gump, pick something which delivers a message of friendship and trust but is an obvious fabrication, an obvious mask. You may show your true appearance briefly or even demonstrate your cartoonized image, so to avoid the contactee being scared.

4. Your initial appearance should be very benign. You may appear on a TV screen, on a computer monitor, on a telephone screen, on a wall, as a flat obviously projected image, as a tiny cartoonized figure on a table, not unlike a gnome, a cat, a bird, a talking tiny toy, a beautiful girl, etc. You should explain the purpose of the contact and be persistent. Don’t take “no” for an answer. Give the contactee time to think things over and make several offers of the contact.

5. Give a contactee plenty of options to change their mind. They should be able to invite you for a conversation when they need you. MIC leaders are usually very busy and many of them have very little private time. Often their most private time would be on a toilet. You should make it convenient for them to pick the time and often at a short notice. Obviously they will be afraid that any of the means to invite the conversation will be intercepted.

There are easy but easily interceptable ways for contactees to invite you for the conversion: for example give them a number to call: such as 333-333-3333. It doesn’t have to be an active number, any number which is easy to remember would work. They call a disconnected or irrelevant number and this will be a signal for you to show up. I assume that many leaders don’t use email but do use telephone. Sending an email or typing something on a computer could be a signal. Maybe they could give you a signal by standing in an unusual position or doing unusual gestures with hands. I am not sure if you could easily capture those. Maybe you do. Maybe you can capture mental invitations. Those would be less likely intercepted. Finally, assume that the communications will be approved by MIC since they will bring them more information about you, so it might be all right to use telephone and email for setting up the appointments between you and the MIC leaders. It would be up to each individual how they want to be contacted and how they want to set up their appointments with you. These people are used to give orders so it is always a good idea to ask for their input.
