have your alien friends told you when open contact will ever happen with humanity? Bashar says by 2015 individualized contacts will be taking place.

The last plan they had was to do the broadcasts and fly over at the end of 2015. But this plan was turned down by the Arcturian High Council couple weeks ago, so now a new plan is being developed. The influx of volunteer applications actually radically changes the plan to a less invasive plan.
