Colony 1 is urgently evacuated to space.

In last 24 hours Colony 1 was urgently evacuated from the ground to the space. Everybody is safe, children took it fine, adults are somewhat disturbed. The reason for the evacuation was a realization by the alien friends that the colony might be in danger. I also recommended to migrate the colony from the Earth ground to the space, especially because the colony had children. I didn’t expect that the aliens would make the evacuation urgent. I actually suggested that volunteers who are willing to take a risk would continue working on the Earth ground, maybe in smaller numbers. I didn’t thing that complete evacuation was necessary. But I noticed that aliens are prone to panic attacks and sharp moves. Keep this in mind.

When you will be advising them make sure to hold their hands and prevent them from overreacting. Explain in detail how quickly they should react and at which extent. They often take things literally and too literally.

I also suggested finding a place for the colonies somewhere on the ground on other planets, in other solar systems. Also it makes sense to make the colonies smaller and modular, so that any damage done to one colony would not damage and spread to other colonies. My current understanding that colonies of 15-35 humans and about same number of aliens might be optimal.
