Your joy is like a wind that comes all through you, in you and out of you.Make sure you share it, make sure you do not bottle it up, because joy is always best shared. And when you feel your joy flowing like a wind through your body, flowing like a wind through the room even, because joy is something you can transport and take with you and bring to others. And there among even the things that do not move or speak or talk, your plants, your animals and everything will know when your joy is real, because they will grow and flourish and be as happy as you are. And then once you have shared your joy, your enlightenment will come up within you and be part of the universe, will be part of the way you live your lives.
