Bring down the knowledge and the understanding and let it reside in all of your chakras, and let it move out from all of your chakras to others, especially your heart chakra where your mind and your soul come together and move out into the universe.

Share these thoughts with one another.

Share these languages to keep yourself fresh for the first contact.

We know that you are willing and able and joyous for this event but now is the time for learning and understanding.

Now is a time for sharing.

Now is a time for love for one another,

although there will be times when it may be difficult.

You are commissioned by all those around you to be suitable for that day and to be there in conscious thought in that moment when they arrive.
