Just checked for you David, I don’t think there is any problem about that.

Max – thanks for the info and links on the Egyptian Kyphi incense! I’ve never heard of this incense and will definitely enjoy using it for my meditation 🙂

I do it now 2-3 times a day. I would call mine a meditation-nap or something of that sort. I am a Reiki master and I do Reiki on myself, usually just palms on the belly or heart or below belly. I just lay down and invite my healing friends to heal me and I feel a slight paralysis and tingling. I usually make a trip to the other side (sleep) and come back. I started with 12 min naps and now I am at 24 or longer depending how much time I got. I do one at noon, one around 6p and one at night. If I am traveling, I take a camping sleep mat and a sleep mask and a noise blocking earmuff (without any electronics, just blocking noise). I also do meditations-naps in a car, sometimes with air conditioner running. I also use burning incense – indian, tibetan and egyptian – with electric incense burner, it is called Kyphi, it is many thousands years old.
