This was my first letter to the humans in the colony written in Jun 2013. At this time some of the colonists were taken without explicit permission. Now things changed. The alien friends take only volunteers who provided explicit wish to be taken and return people as soon as they want to leave. All volunteers have return within 14 days but many serve many terms in the colony. So things have changed since Jun 2013.

Dear colonists,

It is over 6 weeks as the colony exists. I am getting just glimpses of what is happening via limited communications with my alien friends and I just realized that not only a bit of advice to you may help, but also that I am entitled to write directly to you.

Of course, by now, you know much more about aliens than I do. I have never seen them in person or even a saucer. I am not even conscious of any miracle I saw. Nonetheless, I have been doing research (on my own) of aliens and I know a bit about things which you may not know yet. Very few things but they are critical for sharing with you.

First thing is that you are entitled for free will and your proactive requests will be considered. You know when the police arrests someone they are obligated to say that “bla, bla, bla, you have a right to remain silent and for legal representation” something of this sort.

When aliens take you they should have a similar disclaimer and a briefing: what are your rights, etc.

The point is that there is a huge bureaucracy and secrecy around the human project. You are in hands of benevolent aliens who are governed by some sort of appointed and/or elected structure which acts in conditions very much like cold war. There are tons of spies and enemies from various dimensions. So secrecy is justified. But it is very important, that this bureaucracy is benevolent and therefore you are entitled to apply and your wishes will be considered. So proactive actions are often very helpful.

Here are examples: the colony was created as a result of my proactive action: I ventured on writing letters to the aliens and soon after the book, in which I proposed the colony.

Ask for the permission to read the letters and the book. You would not only understand my ideas what the colony could do but also the power of applying for permissions.

You have to clearly apply, and it can be done even in thought form, but there is a need for clearly stated application.

The council will likely allow you to read some parts of the book, and will censor others, but again, you can reapply and justify why you need to read more. They do listen to rational justifications.

Second, you are entitled to ask questions and again, when they refuse to answer, you are entitled for appeals.

You need to get answers to many questions just to be able to grasp, to comprehend the situation. Most important are the questions about

1. You higher self. Request to talk to your higher self, guides, and spirits of your diseased relatives and friends. Even if you don’t believe in those, ask, experiment with this and you will learn a lot. A huge part of misunderstanding is that they often don’t ask your permission for things because they ask permission from your higher self. You need to figure out this part of the bureaucratic process. You need to understand the legal system, at least the basics.

2. You need to understand the practical skills dealing with timelines. They travel between different dimensions and can peek into the future. See how real is the future and the past, talk to them. Understand that different levels of aliens and spirits have different rights and access to the future and other sources of information. See which limitations are set by the creators; ask who these creators are and how they operate. It is interesting and you will also understand more about your rights. Why they respect our rights. You are entitled for this knowledge.

They will often say that you wouldn’t understand the timelines, but the point is that you don’t need to understand the physics, you need to understand the practical part of the dealing with the aliens: what are their capabilities, say, how many timelines is each involved in, and how much can they split their focus of attention, these sorts of things. Think about movie “Matrix” and about Q from Star Trek, this will help much in practical terms.

3. Understand that it doesn’t help you to feel victims of aliens, because they respect your choice: if you choose to self-identify as a victim, they will respect that. If you self-identify as a representative of the planet, they will respect that. It is your choice. And you will get much more if you self-identify as a representative of the planet. It is very handy. Most importantly, they are obligated to keep things secret from people who identify themselves as victims and they are obligated to provide answers to representatives of the civilization. Get it? It is that simple. It reminds a bit an asylum – you can call yourself a president of the planet, or an ambassador of the civilization and your word will be respected as such.

How is it possible? Because of the vacuum that happen to be created by the momentum of the development of the civilization. Our politicians crewed up and continue to continuously screw up the relationships with the aliens. So the contacts of aliens with them are pretty much doomed. You understand. The military are more shooting into aliens than negotiating. There is a subset of secret military forces, like Area 51 who grabbed some alien technologies like free energy and refuse to give those to the humanity. So they are criminals by human and alien standards. Therefore, there is no one currently representing the civilization, so that is why you are as good as anyone else.

4. Even more, you are in way better position than anyone else, because this just happened to be the first contact where you can become (not individually, but collectively, as a team) representatives and advisers of the aliens. Why is that? Because of the crisis situation. I believe they should have made this clear: everybody have screwed up, (in our timeline) and the aliens you are dealing with are in the state when their decisions can be influenced by you. I could state this stronger, but I want my letter to pass to you uncensored so I understate the state of affairs.

5. As representatives of human civilization, you are entitled to know the situation, especially the political situation. Understand that the humanity as a race is entitled to make choices, especially who to ally with politically. This right is given by creators. The benevolent aliens respect that right of ours. So, as human reps we are entitled to get answers: who we are dealing with and what are our choices as civilization. So the key is to ask right questions and to insist that we are entitled for answers.

6. You need to learn their system of secrecy. There are many levels and you are likely on one of the lowest levels of information access. As you cooperate more, they upgrade you to higher levels. Again, you are entitled to know that. This is very much like in our legal system. When you know the rules, you can do miracles. That is why on Earth you use lawyers. One of your first tasks is to self-educate in aliens laws. Always ask what are your choices, they are obligated to answer these questions. You likely know that in our medical system you can always ask for second opinion from another doctor. Or in a store, you can always ask for a manager. It is similar in the colony.

7. The biggest problem in the colony, is that they treat you as experimental subjects and not as partners in solving problems and not as ambassadors of Earth. Understand that you are making first peaceful contact, and it is in your power to become (collectively, as a team) a link between humans and aliens. They probably told you so, but not in the terms of The Contact. Understand that you are not victims, they are maybe even more victims than you are because we are free and they are restricted by huge limitations. Treat them as psychiatric patients and this will help you dealing with them. They basically took oaths and therefore are very limited in what they are allowed to do. You can help them by opening their eyes and expressing your free will. Be healers. I hope you understand. They need your help and you are stronger in some way. The gods give our will a priority, in a similar way to minority rights in US. Consider yourself a representative of minority being accepted in the University. You get this lucky ticket. Our situation is very similar. We are entitled to be accepted into Galactic community and it is now only up to us to choose a way we enter the department, the major, our advisers etc. We are entitled for that. Take advantage of the opportunity.

8. Understand that the colony is a small experiment which can be closed any minute. This window of opportunity exists now and can close at any moment. It started as a pilot project to see if anything good comes out of that. You are entitled to ask who started it, what are their rights and limitations, how you are performing (always a great question, and you are entitled for an answer), how else you can be of help. Be proactive, see how you can help not only your alien advisers but also to their advisers. If you are helpful, the colony will exist longer, and the window of opportunity will be extended.

9. Explain to the aliens who dictate the goals to you that they messed up. They are so remote from humans, so condescending that they failed to give you a chance to perform well. They misread my proposals in the book and messed up few things in the colony design. You are entitled to fix these problems. They expect you to be proactive and expect you to come up with the fixes. Show your ability to self-organize. You are always entitled to ask for help and to get help.

10. That is a huge point. Our benevolent alien friends are also overly self-confident and that is where they screwed up. As far as I can tell, (1) they failed to invite more help from other benevolent aliens and continue to fail in admitting that they screwed up. (2) They also failed to commit to helping humans in a more involved way. (3) They also failed to learn about humans since they were too remote from us. You are entitled to advise them on these very important questions and request fixing those problems. The primary goal of the colony is to fix the problem number (3) – to establish contact and to explain to them why the humans do things this way. In part they are responsible for the mess-ups of the past since they were dealing with us for quite a while and did this in a very clumsy way.

11. Obviously the key problem of the colony that this is more of a cage with monkeys than a Earth’s mission on the alien mothership (I don’t know even where you are, naturally.) Your task it to convert the cage into an embassy. The reason you are not given information is because you are supposed to come back to earth and they can not allow the secrets to escape to the imaginary and real enemies. So they don’t tell you secrets. This keeps you in status of experimental animals. When I proposed the colony, it was obvious for me that the people are to commit staying there for years until the time when secrets come out on Earth. This way the human colonists could be trusted tons more information and can be of meaningful help. They messed this up, mostly because of your rights for getting human experience on Earth. See how you can fix this huge, major, most critical drawback in colony’s design.

12. One thing you can do in this situation is research the aliens, research your own rights, expand your understanding of the political situation and to teach new colonists this knowledge, so they start already from a higher position that you have started. It is very much like in prison: the new prisoners are coming and are briefed by their new cell-mates to the rules of the prison and hierarchy, political alliances, what is expected from them and what are their rights and opportunities. 13. Learn how to get help from the aliens in your personal lives. They are pretty clumsy with financial help. Until you educated them about our finances, they are broke financially. Where I find their help to be extremely helpful is in personal relations. They can read characters, they can diagnose health, Lakesh is great in helping with advising on personal and business relations. Others are good too, but Lakesh understands human psychology better and his advice is more practically helpful. Request and see if you can get a direct channel of communication with aliens after you get back to the ground. This helps again with medical problems (yours and of others) and with human relations. Also they can gently influence people, by inspiring them, whispering them ideas and so on. They are pretty good with match making, so use these opportunities. They are in communication with gods, have the power of birth and death, what else can you ask for? They have humans working with them, so see if you can get a job being part of this network. Public speaking could be one of the ways to earn money. You are in absolutely unique position of talking to aliens on an alien base. This can be commercialized. Negotiate how much of this memory you can bring back and how much you are allowed to tell. If you don’t want to become publicly known for being a contactee, maybe you could partner with a writer and write books under a pen name. This will be a service to humanity and also may bring money, especially after the Disclosure, which is coming very soon. Ask how soon it is coming. I sense, it is within a year.

It is all online, on this page. You got to educate yourself about the alien hybridization program. This was run by another group of aliens and its effects are obvious. Some of the aliens you talk with are your descendants (figuratively). Ask about that and you will learn lots more.

15. One new way which can improve your position is to ask for more help from humans and aliens. You can request to bring more people to the colony both from human and from alien side. I was told that they brought to the colony artists and musicians. It was actually my idea, the reason for that was that artists and musicians are more truthful and don’t make living by deceiving people professionally. I intended for you a different job than they gave you. I intended your job to be of volunteer representatives of Earth, to travel around the galaxy, enjoy meeting friendly aliens and invite more help to Earth. So many more thousands of aliens would come to Earth invited by your art and music. We need to advertise the Earth culture around the galaxy and dimensions and bring more help. Instead you were imprisoned and experimented with. Some of you were not even asked. It is now in your right to advise the organizers how new colonists are to be recruited, what should be their rights and how they are to be selected. If you feel that people with global thinking are to be invited, you have to explain what it is. The aliens are like small children: they understand very little about us. Help them to fix the colony’s recruiting policy and help to raise it status form a questionable experiment (in the eyes of the alien council) to the Earth mission developing the first friendly contact.

16. Let’s see how well you understand my advice. Suppose, you like my suggestions and would like to get me involved with the colony. How do you approach bringing me to the colony?

All right: here is my answer. You are to write recommendations, petitions and support letters. I suggest you write letters to the alien council requesting my visit, or whatever you request. Keep in mind that you are to be wise in requesting things. If the council decides that you are motivated by selfish motives, they will condemn you and lower your rights. They are tough angels. Talk to them as to Archangel Peter or as to a human committee somewhere in an university or church. They are obligated to review your recommendations and to make the decision based on merits for the Universe and for the Earth. These are arguments and way of thinking you need to apply in writing to them. Of course the applications can be verbal and telepathic, but a good thing about writing is that it is fixed and can not be misinterpreted. If you are more comfortable with speaking, ask for a voice recorder and record your recommendations. So if you think my recommendations are helpful, officially state so in writing or verbally and send the message up the chain to the council.

Another thing you may request is to establish a two-way communication with me, from the colony. Also, after you come back to Earth, if you are permitted (ask for that), you may get in contact with me and each other.

I am looking forward to receiving your response. Ask my alien friends to let me know that you have received the letter. They have a way to do that.

Before I receive you response I will likely have more ideas and I will wright you more.

This letter was delivered to humans only in part, our alien friends filtered it down and converted to voice, so the colonists heard only voice version of it, in my voice. Now, when I write to the colony, I request to have the message delivered as text.
